Biggins previously led $CXO.ax from a ~$10m explorer to a peak valuation of around $2bn. "From a $10m market cap company, I took it $2bn... a number of those key execs in $CXO.ax have joined and are joining."
He now owns ~17% of $SLB.ax.
Qingtao Zeng has joined the board and former Exploration Manager Andrew Bennett has also joined Stelar.
Hill of Leaders comes via an earn-in agreement with Zeng’s F&H Brothers, with $SLB.ax able to earn up to 100%.
Biggins and Zeng previously worked together at both $CXO.ax and $WR1.ax. Zeng advised Core Lithium on several substantial offtake and financing deals for the Finniss Lithium Project.
