I've worn it 2 times. The parts have velcro on the inside to attach to the bodysuit, which has velcro (...poorly) sewn onto it and is washable. The front plate comes off, so the vest is in two parts for putting it on and off more easily. The blue tape is just to straighten it.

It's being retired because it's hard to transport and it tires me out to wear it LOL but I don't want to just throw it in the trash if I don't have to. Feel free to DM for other photos and angles, but I don't have many pictures of me actually wearing it...
