I've been creating NFTS on the @MultiversX network since 2021, and I still wonder, years later, why digital art is so underappreciated compared to crude speculation.
Over the years, I've seen thousands of collections that promised the impossible, only to scam everyone, and the few who truly wanted to create by submitting their digital art slowly die because of a community that didn't understand or appreciate them. I've always seen fast flips and always users looking for utility.
The same thing obviously happens on most networks, but on @multiversx, very few appreciate digital art and support it. Luckily, I make a living from it thanks to a real-life job, but for a moment I thought about those who would only want to do that. It's practically impossible. A few names are saved, the most resilient ones on @Ethereum. Most of the artists on Multiversx have faded away in recent years.
Most of the artists who always wanted to offer only their digital art have fled. The few remaining, myself included, are alive because, fortunately, they don't live solely on digital art and because they still believe in something good.
They believe in their collectors.
Those who speculate, those who flip, those who sell off, have no idea of the work that goes into a single drawing or even a collection.
It might be counterproductive for me to say certain things right now, but if your idea is limited to speculation, you should only use memecoins, not NFT technology.
NFTs, or rather collectibles, as I like to call them, are for those who appreciate them. Not for those who just want to make money. The best profit comes over time by promoting the work of the artists you like.
After years, I'm determined to reach as many people as possible on Multiversx with my illustrations. Still present as of 2021. Still with the desire to believe in something and the will to do.
Don't dampen people's enthusiasm, support it.
Personally, I always thank those who support me and will always continue to do so. The real benefit is the bond created over miles. I'm personally thrilled that @TemoanaART who lives on the other side of the world, has one of my drawings hanging on the wall of her studio.
For example, I've always supported @SuperRare_Bears , @BoredApeXClub , @EAPESCLUB , @CryptoPittz , and many other projects, even smaller ones, like @OliveMVX and my friend @TemoanaART , but not for their utility. It's the last thing I look at, honestly, for the smile their NFTS brings to my face. For the emotions they evoke.
I will continue to create, I will continue to support everything I like and everything I'm interested in, because from my point of view, the greatest utility lies within every single drawing in my collection.

I’ve been quiet for the past few months.
It has been a time of costant change in my personal life, on every front, leaving me with little space for everything else.

At 12, I thought life was fucking amazing.
Then ambition taught me to treat half of it like wasted time...
THE CODE 001
MODERN LIFE. PREHISTORIC JOY.
We’re starting something new inside BOOGAS.
BOOGAS has always been about putting a bounce in your step. But over the last few years, I’ve realised how personal that idea actually is to me.
For a long time, I had a problem.
I became so focused on achieving things that almost anything that didn’t move me closer to my goals started feeling like wasted time.
> Cooking? Waste of time.
> Buying groceries? Waste of time.
> Messing around with friends? Waste of time.
> Sitting somewhere doing absolutely nothing? Waste of time.
> Sometimes even having fun felt like wasted time.
And eventually, that way of thinking started costing me the exact things I was supposedly working so hard for.
> My health.
> My relationships.
> My family life.
> My happiness.
> My ability to actually enjoy being alive.
And the weird thing is, I was always the happy one.
I remember being about 12 years old, headphones on, walking to the bus stop with a bounce in my step, completely lost in the music.
I’d get on the bus still singing to myself, look around at all the miserable faces and genuinely think:
What the fuck is wrong with these people?
Life is fucking amazing!
I didn’t have some great philosophy back then.
I wasn’t thinking about success, productivity, or purpose.
I WAS JUST THERE!
Music was enough.
Walking to the bus was enough.
Being alive was exciting.
Somewhere between being that kid and becoming an ambitious adult, I lost a bit of that.
And strangely, building Boogas started bringing it back.
The more I thought about this ridiculous idea of a caveman suddenly being dropped into the modern world, the more something started to click.
Imagine how insane our everyday lives would look to him.
> Hot showers.
> Coffee.
> Music.
> Cars.
> Airplanes.
> A fridge full of food.
> Jumping into the sea.
> Playing football.
> Sitting around a fire with your friends.
We experience things every day that would look like absolute miracles to someone from another time.
And somehow, we still manage to stop noticing them.
That’s when THE CODE 001 really started making sense to me.
MODERN LIFE. PREHISTORIC JOY.
Stop outsourcing joy to future success!
> Work hard.
> Build things.
> Chase ridiculous goals.
But don’t forget to actually be here while you’re doing it.
Don’t make happiness something that only happens once you finally reach the next goal.
So this is the new BOOGAS community ritual:
FIND ONE PIECE OF PREHISTORIC JOY EVERY DAY.
Something small.
Something stupid.
Something that makes the caveman inside you go:
OOGA BOOGA. THIS IS FUCKING GREAT.

> Playing with your kids.
> Lifting something heavy.
> A sunset.
> Football with friends.
> Dancing in the kitchen.
> Coffee in the sun.
Whatever yours is. There are no wrong choices.

Getting the Boogatooth Tiger art perfected takes a mammoth amount of work!
But after that’s done, the job is far from over.
What follows next can only be described as a labor of love 👇
Batch #1: Macro Decisions
First up, the exciting part: an early small-batch test to see the final traits mixed for the first time!
Here, we get a quick feel for the big picture. Without zooming in on individual traits yet, we set our baseline rules: How often do Tigers wear clothes? How frequently do they get a tail?
We skim the batch to note combos we love, traits that pop, and any final fixes needed.
Batch #2: Trait Balance
Time for a second batch. Now we focus on the traits themselves.
A lot of collections simply make their best traits the rarest, but we take a different approach: we want the average Booga looking 🔥
So we actually bump up the frequency of our favorite traits. We still reserve high-tier traits for rarer NFTs, but we single out traits that carry maximum impact in small doses—like the Hazmat Arm or Satellite from the Cavemen 🐙🛰
Batch #3: Refinement
Weights get tweaked, and the testing continues.
We loop this refinement process until we're confident we could run 2,000 Tigers at random and every single one would be a banger 💥
However, as a team of perfectionists, we still take it one crucial step further...
