A new market is emerging, and I don't think everyone sees it yet. Optimizing websites and e-commerce platforms for discovery by AI agents. Today, I scanned 59 of the most popular e-commerce platforms (not 100, because some blocked my requests). The results: - 0 out of 59 serve Markdown. - only 12 out of 59 pass the core JSON-LD check. - just 3 out of 51 publish an llms.txt file. There's still a lot of room for improvement, even among the biggest players. And thousands of smaller businesses will need to adapt too if they want to stay competitive

Microsoft and Google are offering voluntary buyouts, while everyone jokes about AI replacing developers. I think AI is just a convenient excuse to cut excess headcount. This isn't AI taking over. It's the tech industry correcting years of overhiring fueled by the bootcamp boom.

I checked the forbes cloud 100 (2026) websites for ai readiness zero A grades, where measurable: 65% had llms.txt, just 24% offered markdown lots of AI talk, still some homework on the websites 🙂 report available here: crawlwise.dev/research/cloud…

update_columns skips validations and callbacks, and it used to leave updated_at stale too. That breaks cache keys built from it. Rails 8.1 adds touch: true, so you still skip the callbacks but get fresh timestamps.

small crawlwise update... every page has a .md twin, the sitemap/json-ld dates come from one place so they can't drift and llms.txt follows the spec. want to know what ai agents see on your site? crawlwise.dev

Omacharts got much better support for volume profiles: - New option to merge profiles in the Volume Profile indicator. - New drawing tool to draw ad hoc profiles. - More customization options (alignment, outline rendering style, and many more). - As always, everything is fully backed by the CLI.

This is the best technical deep dive on what Quattro brought to Omarchy. Why it fixed almost everything that plagued earlier versions. Fantastic video by @typecraft_dev 🤘 youtube.com/watch?v=5JPYJfN7…

Today is a great day to show a friend Omarchy. Most people have a concept of Linux that's stuck in broken wifi, bad printer support, ugly fonts, and pocket-protector aesthetics. None of that is true any more. We need to show people!
