Sure would be nice if @IRONMANtri would respond to any form of communication. All I want to do is register for my race that got cancelled, others have gotten their link, what’s the hold up? #poorcommunication #poorcustomerservice
Hey @Target the mayor of @StillwaterOKgov is ready and willing to have a conversation about bringing a Target to our awesome city! Can we make this happen!? College town+desperate residents=great idea!
PSA: if you are considering a furnace or AC purchase from @energyinsights DON’T. Deceptive business practices, and customer service reps who refuse to make it right. Filing a complaint with AG of Mn on this!
When the hubby says “you know if you take two phone books”
Kid interrupts and says “what’s a phone book?” We have failed as parents! #parentingfail #NextGeneration
Training to race the @tcmarathon #10mile as a walker is the most humbling experience I think I’ll ever have. #herniateddisc won’t stop me from #finishing what I started!
Sat on the #ttbike tonight IN aero, and it didn’t hurt...take that #herniateddisc! Thinking a short #ride is in order! #triathlete #injury #cycling

House is sold, just waiting on closing day and then we are #officially #OKbound! Two more races before I go @duTRIRUN and @IRONMANtri #steelhead70.3
House went on the market less than 24hours ago, and we are in multiple offers! Here we come #Oklahoma bringing a little bit of #minnesota with us!
Hey @TrainingPeaks is there a lag in the system? It’s not syncing out of @garminconnect, everything on their end seems online, and my #920xt worked on connect, but not passing through to you??? #datanerd
What better way to kick off a move across the country than to check another state off your list and register for the @route66marathon 1/2! #changeisgood #relocatingtoOK
Woke up with no power, had to scrap the early morning #cycling hoping to get out this afternoon! #triathleteproblems @CobbCycling @thecobbmobb
Sometimes you gotta have a distraction to get the miles in! 7miles playing mahjong @lifetimefitness #thankful for #hamsterwheels with games! @thecobbmobb
I love this big slobbery snuggle bug! He helps me foam roll, see he’s doing a great job! #aussiedog #foamrollingfail
