Nonstop @_sani2c was perhaps the best event I have ever done.
The scale of the challenge, the quality of the trails, the beauty of the scenery, & the gees of the team all combine to create something truly special.
A big shout to the back-markers who toiled a lot longer than us!

Absolutely.
The word "exercise" is scary for some but a gentle walk in the park is far less intimidating. Dripping with sweat while being shouted at by a spinning instructor is not for everyone.
Just move.
Higher levels of total physical activity, at any intensity, is linked to a substantial decrease in the risk of premature mortality. Every little bit of exercise counts, even just strolling around. 🚶♀️

More than that, regular exercisers also mount a more vigorous response to vaccination.
The COVID vaccine is likely to be more effective in those of us who are fit and active!
As winter has settled itself in, so has the dreaded colds and flu. Research shows that kicking flu to the curb can be as simple as exercising for a short while each day, as physical activity may help flush bacteria out of the lungs and airways.
