Upgrade v0.1.3 completed on worrell-testnet-1. The chain halted at block 1,186,000 and resumed 75 minutes later, once more than 2/3 of the voting power was on the new binary. First coordinated upgrade done. Validator announcements: t.me/worrellvalidators

Governance: proposal #3 is open on worrell-testnet-1. It schedules the first coordinated software upgrade, to v0.1.3, at block height 1,186,000. Estimated time: Tuesday 13 October, around 10:00 UTC. IBC test completed on worrell-testnet-1. A temporary channel to the Osmosis testnet was opened and tokens were transferred in both directions, including a timeout refund. The channel was for testing only and will not be maintained. Validator announcements: t.me/worrellvalidators

Governance: proposal #2 is open on worrell-testnet-1. It enables IBC transfers. It was submitted with a partial deposit and the founder will not vote. Validators are asked to complete the deposit and then vote. If quorum is not reached, deposits are burned. Validator announcements: t.me/worrellvalidators
