Hello everyone; I´ve been posting about crypto and XRP in particular for quite some time now (not to gain followers, just because it is interesting) and I´ve always tried to be logical, defend the things that made a lot of sense, criticize the ones that did not(+)

are complex tasks and I have a lot of respect for the people trying to accomplish such a goal…and again, I can`t avoid to think the combination of XRP +Ripple is simply the most powerful one to do it (plus a few other networks and, in particular, tools, like ILP). I apologize(+)

🚨WE’VE FOUND ANOTHER BIS DOCUMENT INVOLVING $XRP AND THIS ONE COULD BE EVEN MORE INTERESTING!!!
This is huge as nearly a YEAR before the new XRPL paper, BIS researchers were already presenting an XRPL DevNet proof of concept and modelling what it would cost to process 198 MILLION, 2 BILLION and even 20 BILLION transactions using $XRP for fees!
That matters because at serious scale, $XRP is the asset required to pay for activity on the ledger!
If the institutions that the BIS advise (the biggest central banks) ever deploy systems like this on XRPL at scale, they would have to source and hold enough $XRP to keep those transactions flowing!!!!!!!
The 2026 BIS paper suddenly looks a lot less like a one-off experiment.
