This is what we are coming across in every muncipio in Puerto Rico, 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏽shrugged shoulders as to why projects have barely begun, from Utuado to Salinas.
I ran the numbers and it takes Puerto Rico on average 25 months to get FEMA public assistance funds obligated for Hurricane recovery which is more than double the national average wait time
