Yoda from Star Wars delivers some welcome news for drought-stricken Oklahoma: “No, there is another!” NOAA's October 28–November 1 precipitation outlook favors above-normal rainfall across Oklahoma, with the strongest odds extending from the Southwest into Texas. The headline, “That rain was our last hope,” sets up Yoda's famous response, suggesting another round of much-needed rainfall could be on the way.
