Dear @mayaofficialph, is it normal for you guys to pretend that you do some work by closing tickets without resolving issue? It has been 8 days since I reported an issue and yet when I check the progress of the ticket, it only take you guys 15mins to close it. 🤡

This is regarding maya card btw. The resolution provided me a tracking number which they never provide in the first place, claimed they attempt delivery but CS agent confused on how I avail the free card in the 1st place, hence the ticket. @mayaofficialph
A few days ago, they finally deliver it the RIGHT WAY, providing contact of delivery person and tracking number. The incompetence is really disgusting in Philippines. And we are proud to provide this service in overseas? LoL. @mayaofficialph
