One of the biggest charities operating here in Calais, presenting themselves as humanitarians who care about migrants.
So I have a very simple question.
If you genuinely care about these people, why are you supporting a situation where people are attempting to cross the English Channel in flimsy dinghies, knowing how dangerous that journey can be?
Utopia 56 themselves acknowledge that people in Calais are trying to reach the UK and that Channel crossings can be dangerous and even fatal.
These people are already in France.
They are not standing on the shores of a war zone.
They are in a safe country and are choosing to continue their journey towards Britain and we all know the reason why 💵
there is a massive difference between helping someone in need and helping to sustain a system that ultimately ends with people getting into tiny boats to cross one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world.
Because watching this from Calais, I have one question.
Who is actually being helped by keeping this system going?

The @ukhomeoffice along with @ShabanaMahmood would have you believe that the boats are being stopped but the reality is they aren’t
I’ve spent probably the most time on the ground out of anyone this year and I am yet to see a single boat being stopped with my own eyes
I’ve seen endless examples of the French authorities doing nothing and worse they actually help the illegal migrants
This is the reality not some filmed for propaganda show that the home office etc put out
I will report during the entire month of September and let’s see together what the truth is

There are 60-80 men on that boat
The smugglers are most likely armed
The gendarme certainly are
If I did slash the boat in the water and they died I’d be liable
Most of these people can’t swim
I hope that clarifies the situation

Yesterday in Ceuta there were widespread reports, and many comments on my posts, claiming that everyone crossing the border had been sent back.
What did I actually witness?
I saw a large number of men, roughly aged 18–30, being escorted back towards Morocco by the authorities. In some cases, force was used.
It did appear to me that the vast majority have left with mainly stragglers left hiding but I only arrived at 5pm approximately yesterday so it’s not a full picture
I also saw local residents standing guard outside their homes and neighbourhoods.
Some were carrying spanners, baseball bats and metal poles, warning groups of men to move on and leave the area.
I’ll be spending the full day in Ceuta today to see how the situation develops and will report only what I witness.
Apologies for the delays in posting yesterday. Mobile signal at the border was extremely poor, with multiple live TV broadcasts putting heavy demand on the network.

23 year old Sudanese migrant Abubaker Mohamad Awad, stabbed 19 year old Tommie Lindhn to death in his own apartment in Härnösand, Sweden after Lindhn tried to stop Awad from raping a Swedish girl at knife point.
After killing Tommie, Awad continued to rape the young girl next to Tommies dead body.
The Sudanese migrant had already previously been convicted of several crimes, including sexual harassment, drug offences & shoplifting.
Had he been deported, Tommie would still be alive.
The media painted Tommie as Far Right, implied he was racist & that his life didn’t matter.
