Says wat the club is a complete shitshow from top to bottom it's embarrassing and sad how a giant of a football can be run into the ground by its owners yet the glazers are still their just picking up their money not giving a shit the horrible bastards
Lisandro Martinez putting the pressure where it should ultimately be, on the ownership and hierarchy at Manchester United for their decision-making and the direction of the club.
He is correct in saying that the performances have been “a reflection” of the club itself and that accountability stretches well beyond who is in the dugout plus the players.
There can be no argument that the squad is lacking depth, quality, balance and the right profiles.
He also nails it in terms of cycling through managers, but not having any question marks over what’s happening upstairs.
United openly interviewed around Europe for Erik ten Hag’s successor, only to keep him and arm him with new coaches and circa £200m in players before sacking him and his staff for £10.4m.
They hired Ruben Amorim despite knowing the squad - which they allowed EtH to shape - was so ill-suited to his approach. They were very aware Amorim was unwavering on his philosophy and promised to persevere with both him and it.
Only to then try to dictate style, system and selections to him. They stuck with Michael Carrick only to sell him very short.
Let’s not forget the big, long play to the tune of £3m to get Dan Ashworth, before paying £4.1m to axe him after five months.
If the performances on the pitch are a mess, they speak to the state of play off the pitch.
🙈🤣🤣
[🟢] NEW: The intensity at today’s Manchester United training session was unprecedented, with senior players believing they now have what it takes to turn the season around.
(@SimonStone)
Not really but hopefully they can get us going
Do you feel more confident heading into this weekend's game against Chelsea with the potential reinclusions of Bruno and Kobbie into the squad? 🔋
#MUFC
Get howe in and stick with him for 3 years minimum get him most of the players he needs he has huge experience with bournmouth and newcastle get rid of most of the senior players in summer and bring senior lads in to help the younger players howe is a less of a risk than some

I agree to a point about backing a manager over players completely it's badly needed with manutd but back a proven manager not Carrick
It's a disgrace
🗣️'It's like he's on a rolling contract'
The Stretford Paddock's @JayMotty on the news that Michael Carrick will remain in charge at Manchester United for their Premier League game against Chelsea on Saturday.

Nothing is going to change after that como shit show and not to get a response v bournmouth tells me nothing will change we will lose to Chelsea no doubt the club and owners know this but couldn't give a fuck
One thing is certain for me. Unless Carrick makes drastic changes to our buildup, pressing, work rate, off ball movement around possession nothing is going to change.
You can bench Bruno all you want. Nothing is going to change. He is not the problem. Many people love to scapegoat one single player because it’s an easy thing to do. In their mind, they are being positive. Because to them, one change and the team is fixed.
That’s not the reality though unfortunately. We are fighting relegation. One player is not the problem or solution. Many things have to change from the manager.
Won't be be happy Saturday wen we get battered again
🔴 Gary Neville on #MUFC’s decision to keep Michael Carrick as manager:
“I'm surprised but I'm happy because I was absolutely certain what I witnessed on Sunday would be the end of Michael.
It looked like when he was walking around at the end on his own, with his players behind him, that it was a goodbye lap.
How it's going to go over the next couple of weeks, I have no idea. I hope he can get those players playing for him because they haven't played for him in the last few weeks.”

Thoughts, Reds? 💭
Not that a new manager would make a massive difference but it's clear carrick cant get no more out of this team yet don't wanna sack him because he would need to be paid out it's a 2 year deal club is finished really are
One of the main reasons #mufc have decided to keep Michael Carrick is financial.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe made the final decision following talks involving the Glazers, Berrada and Wilcox [@SullyTalkz]
As I said on Sunday watch the business as usual quote come club is finished
As @TelegraphDucker reported, Michael Carrick is taking training this morning at Carrington and the feeling currently is business as usual. #mufc
Worst run club in the world all about doing things on the cheap now yet want to compete with the best but doing it on the cheap any manager be crazy to want to manage manutd now ur guaranteed to fail
🚨 Crunch talks are ONGOING over Carrick’s future, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe, Joel and Avram Glazer, Berrada and Wilcox involved.
But all indications are that NO FINAL decision has been taken and so he continues.
Carrick is now EXPECTED to take training on Tuesday, when his squad reports in.

In a nutshell 🤬🤬🤬
So the board went with the cheaper option of appointing Michael Carrick last sunmer instead of getting a top manager.
Now, the cost of dismissing him just four months into a two-year contract, and the price of hiring a new manager is making them not sack him.
If you ever wanted the best explanation of how INCOMPETENT our board and owners are, there you have it.
Were finished as a club ya couldn't run the club any worse 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🤬🤬🤬
As things stands, would anticipate Michael Carrick taking training at Carrington tomorrow.
