This governance post could move 11% of Morpho's lending supply and it's a sign of the lending wars to come
@SentoraHQ 's proposal for an externally curated Hub & Spoke on Aave v4 reads like a run-of-the-mill proposal for an @aave v4 instance but there's more than meets the eye
They curate $1.40B across seven @Morpho vaults, of which $695M sits in markets the ARFC replicates, plus an additional $618M of loans run through those same markets.
That $695M is roughly 11% of Morpho's lending supply. kBTC/RLUSD alone, at $220M, is one of the five largest markets on Morpho.
The ARFC never names Morpho. It talks about consolidating liquidity from "several isolated venues" to stop duplicating risk operations across them. But the overlap is hard to miss.

This ARFC establishes a framework for @SentoraHQ to operate Hub and Spoke instances on @aave V4, and authorises the first instance on Ethereum.

One of the most common questions in DeFi is how vault projects conduct proper due diligence to choose the best yield opportunities. @yield just released an excellent article that takes you behind the scenes of its being done!
yoloUSD did its job. It got people talking about more advanced onchain yield.
But over time, it became clear that the name made the strategy sound riskier than it is. In reality, it’s rated moderate risk.
(re)Introducing yoUSD Edge.
Same strategy. Same vault. New name.
RLP Recovery Update
YO will handle the RLP recovery claim on behalf of affected yoUSD users.
YO will claim the USDC allocation and distribute it to eligible users within 24 hours. Users who already claimed RLP through the YO dApp are not eligible.
For the RESOLV portion vesting over 24 months, YO will claim and distribute quarterly subject to operational feasibility.
No action needed from users for now.
The recovery portal is open for Stage 2
Eligible categories:
• USR/wstUSR acquired post-incident
1 USR : 0.5 USDC
• LP positions (post-incident portion)
1 USR : 0.5 USDC + RESOLV allocation bringing total recovery to 95% at reference RESOLV price
• RLP holders (not leveraged)
1 RLP : 0.71 USDC + 2.71 RESOLV per RLP (60%+ total recovery at reference RESOLV price)
→ app.resolv.xyz/recovery
Recovery portal is open till August 26, 2026.
Eligibility for Stage 2 is determined by the snapshot taken on June 3, 23:59 UTC.
KYC is required for any recovery asset in any stage where the claimable amount exceeds 10,000 USDC. Allocations of $RESOLV exceeding 10,000 tokens will vest over 24 months, with monthly linear unlocks beginning on June 27, 2026, through the vesting app.

Conceptualizing and building this tool for exploring Risks in DeFi has been in my personal drawer for a long time.
Who is exposed to what? Which are the systemically relevant collaterals in @Morpho ? What's the contagion footprint of an exploited vault?
A heartfelt thanks to everyone on behalf of the entire team for helping celebrate YO's first birthday.

Resolv’s unilateral transfer of RLP collateral to Fluid raises serious conflict of interest concerns. The team was apparently pressured by Investors who back both protocols. Did anyone hear or uncover more about this?
Over the past weeks, Resolv has been actively working with affected counterparties and ecosystem participants to move the recovery process forward across both pre-incident and post-incident user groups.
As part of this process, we have reached a shared understanding with @0xfluid on the path forward, as one of the key counterparties impacted by the post-incident dynamics. This reflects constructive dialogue and close coordination between the teams throughout the process.
The agreed framework differentiates between pre-incident and post-incident exposures:
- pre-incident positions with positive equity are expected to be made whole by Resolv
- bad debt on positions created after the incident will be shared equally between Resolv and Fluid
The settlement execution will be completed on May 11.
Aligning with Fluid as the major affected protocol marks an important milestone as we continue discussions with other counterparties and protocols across the ecosystem. Conversations are ongoing and progressing well, and we remain focused on finalizing the broader recovery framework and further updates.

For a one year app, @Yield has seriously gone through so much. Wishing YO a happy birthday and hope that'll it become even better in the future and generate much more yield for its users!!
Heads up: User support is moving exclusively in-app
YO is retiring the Telegram support bot and Discord support tickets. Going forward, all support requests will be handled directly through the YO app. This change reduces impersonation risk and helps protect users from scam accounts posing as support.
To reach support, go to app.yo.xyz and click the button in the bottom-right. It’s the fastest way to get help and keeps everything in one place.

1/6] Great things coming to YO depositors. @OpenCover now provides coverage on your position in @yield. Back by @NexusMutual, depositors can now have the option to cover protocol wide coverage or individual vaults for $yoUSD and $yoETH.

On 22 March, @ResolvLabs was exploited via a compromised private key, resulting in the illicit minting of unbacked USR.
In this thread, we explore how the Resolv team has responded since, and where the open questions remain.

Behold, some weekly vault performance stats for all the yield enjoooyers out there:

1/5] If you are still deciding what vault to deposit your $ETH, $USD, $EURC, $XAUT, $BTC, and now with $SOL as well. Look not further. Try out @yield, you won't have to squeeze your brains or strain your eyes looking at over 1000s of vaults. 🧵👇
How did yoVaults stay optimized over the last 7 days?
yoETH concentrated further into LST discount strategies:
→ @OriginProtocol eETH Redemptions scaled as eETH arbitrage continued; superOETHb on Base added for idle liquidity
→ Morpho Gauntlet WETH on Unichain exited
A standout feature of @yield is multichain functionality. You can deposit assets from multiple chains, and YO routes them to yield opportunities across several chains to deliver the best yield.
No swapping or bridging required.
Seeing many protocols launch their own "yield vaults" recently.
Single-protocol vaults = shopping at just one store. Decent @yield but missing better opportunities elsewhere.
If your vault isn’t optimizing across chains and protocols, you’re leaving money on the table.
