So far, no one nails all three.

Every neobank lives on one edge.

Self-custody, stablecoin yield, and spending power can coexist, but until then, not at full strength.
I'm cautiously optimistic.
The triangle may shrink.

🚨 ONE WEIRD TRICK to get $450M TVL for FREE
I found a Morpho vault with $227M of flashloaned supply and borrows from a single user.
TVL that is complete vapor. But also 13% of Morpho's borrows.
It cannot be found on Morpho's UI but it is accessible on third-party risk dashboards (@BlockAnalitica).
(Note: it does not look like the Resolv team is involved in this in any way. Any token can be used to do this.)
The trick is simple:
- Mint yourself a silly token
- Create a SILLY/USD vault
- Flashloan USD and lend it to the vault
- Use your silly token to borrow it all
- Repay your flashloan
- Rinse and repeat
So simple that anybody can do it with a quick contract.
Morpho's singleton now records an additional $227M in collateral and $227M in borrows (at unheard of 100% capital efficiency).
Today this user accounts for
- 13.5% of Morpho's borrows
- 5.6% of Morpho's deposits
And due to the adaptive IRM, this number compounds at 1000% APY (and increasing).
Soon enough it will be the bulk of Morpho's TVL.
Morpho, Dune, Defillama, and BlockAnalitica's dashboards all record this as organic activity. A noticeable uptick on the charts at April 1.

Onchain sleuthing by @river0x_ reveals that this user is funded by an Asian timezone address whose Chinese ENS translates to "Ethereum collapses".
The trail then leads to Osmosis account osmo1qgnh8057yplslsu702elumkdkl87s8udkexchh before going cold.

Spectra was hacked => $550K loss
The root cause is an arbitrary call in their router contract, which allows the attacker to drain all tokens approved to that contract.

🚨 The Spectra App has been disabled and router contracts terminated to contain a coordinated attack on our users' interactions with the app.
The attack began today around 3 PM UTC and affected some users depositing and withdrawing from the app.
The situation is under control, the core protocol contracts are not affected and the funds inside them are safe.
The works are in full steam to reinstate the Spectra App and release a post-mortem as soon as possible.
