This is how simple the task is and @Gemini will not assist. Earlier in the year I sent usdc to my account in a chain that was not supported. My fault, nothing they could do, I understood. Now @Gemini supports the chain and the usdc is still sitting in my deposit wallet which can be seen on chain and all the proof has been sent, but @GeminiSupport will not move my funds to the exchange. Over 5 weeks and all I have received was a “We will look into it” email over 2 weeks ago. Luckily it’s less than a five figure amount but what if it was my whole portfolio? What if it was needed to pay for an emergency or to help a family member? Good luck, they don’t care. This is completely irresponsible and shows horrible customer service. Do not send @gemini a dime of your money because you never know if you will receive it or have access to it. And God forbid you need assistance from their customer service. @tyler @cameron should be ashamed that they are treating their customers in this way. They sat in the White House talking about how innovative crypto is but they don’t care about their customers. They only care about their profits from those customers.
