Not financial, investment, legal, or any other professional advice. I am a private individual who buys and holds positions in companies I personally believe in. Everything I share is opinion, speculation, assumption, and personal narrative—not a recommendation that you do the same. I have confirmation bias. I entertain conspiracy theories. I sometimes consult astrology. None of that is hidden, and none of it makes my views more reliable. Markets can and do move against me. Past results, screenshots, and conviction are not predictors of future results. Thousands of people reading this does not turn my posts into advice, signals, or a service. I am not your fiduciary, advisor, or guru. You can lose money—potentially all of it—following ideas you see here or anywhere else. Do your own research, size your own risk, and make your own decisions. If you cannot afford the loss, do not take the position. Whether it be trying to predict the next Stanley Cup champs, how the Bears will do this Sunday or what Ryan Cohen's next move will be is purely for entertainment purposes. Thanks for your attention to this matter

reread @dirtevader 's post. Notice the time differentiation. Pull the warrants in the morning yet the option to buy them ends later that day. a window of opportunity for someone or some group. Just like many offerings that can be sold privately, I wonder if they will not cease to exist but perhaps move to the block? or be exercised to help lock a float?
ahhh, the shuffle...pull them from public listing. something just like beyond perhaps...

Oh GameStop: "Warrants to purchase shares of Class A common stock (“Common Stock”) will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on October 30, 2026." hmm GameStop: "The warrants will cease trading under the symbol “GME WS” on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) before the markets open on October 30, 2026." investor.gamestop.com/news-r… Do you see the difference of the October 30, 2026 times..? The expiry to purchase shares is 5:00 p.m. New York City time, on 30 October 2026. The end of trading for the Warrants is 9:30 a.m. New York City time, on 30 October 2026. You do you, but unless these warrants literally blasted off the face of the earth, I made plans when they were issued to make sure I had cash to exercise. And with that, the warrant dividend was basically free, so zero or hero was me from the beginning when the warrants were originally issued. So I thought I'd look at why this distinction of expiration to exercise is different from the time to trade the warrants. There are reasons, one I found is expiration time to exercise and expiration time to trade are often the same, but not always. So I wondered why..? It doesn't matter to me, but nonetheless, it is interesting. These are not the only reasons, one search turned up the difference had to do with futures, etc. Still interesting though. "Allows for strategic market reactions" might be my favorite reason though. 🤔 Not financial advice. I am a dog. I think, then I forget. duckduckgo.com/?q=expiry+tim… duckduckgo.com/?q=are+warran…

Interesting. With arcade.gov, and now this game garnering huge online traction, I would not doubt the following thesis xitter.cf/xSimon_Says/status/211…
Who is Simon? Two systems apparently.. SIMON — Smart Integration Manager Ontologically Networked A separate software platform developed by SRI International. A U.S. government contracting notice from 2013 describes its use in the Unity system, supporting the Counter Networks and Illicit Trafficking Project Office. This system is especially relevant to government data integration and counter-network analysis. & SIMON — Secure Integrated Multi-Orbit Networking A real military satellite communications platform developed by SES Space & Defense. In 2025, the company described its involvement in a U.S. Department of Defense initiative to demonstrate resilient communications across different satellite networks. They have different developers and different stated purposes, although both relate to connecting information across networks. •SIMON (SES Space & Defense): Focuses on satellite communications and connectivity across multiple orbital networks. •SIMON (SRI International): Focuses on software-based data integration and connecting information for analysis. One deals primarily with moving information securely, while the other deals with integrating and organizing information. That means their functions could theoretically complement each other. Now the question becomes…If Simon has the red folder, are the contents of the red folder the bridge between both systems? Doing more research that I will add to this post, watch this space. 🤍
