My Mac keeps running into disk storage issues. It fills up every now and then, and I’ve cleared space twice today. Is anyone else experiencing this?

A random act of kindness I like to show while interviewing candidates for a role, is to extend grace.
If I see you’re getting flustered, anxious or uneasy, I’ll calmly indulge you to take a deep breath, take a water break, even turn off your cam and get yourself back for a minute or two.
I think it’s something that’s absent in a number of interview conversations, almost like (some) recruiters don’t have the patience for that or see your flustering as simply not being competent. 🤷🏾♀️

Until one day my mum showed up at the game centre with a cane. That was my retirement from gaming. I haven't played seriously since. 😭
Because debiting you only needs bank authorisation. Refunding you needs the brand, payment processor and bank to do their part.
The technology is fast. The bureaucracy isn’t.

Women will say anything to avoid accountability for their actions.
My roommate in final year dated this guy for four years. Throughout those four years, they never had s€x because she was a virgin and wanted to keep herself until their wedding night. Her boyfriend respected her decision.
But at some point, the guy couldn’t wait anymore and started asking her to let him do the do. This became a major issue between them until one day, he got angry and broke up with her.
There was another guy who had been asking her out for a while. After the breakup, she called him and told him she was coming over to his place. We literally begged her not to go because we knew she wasn’t in the right state of mind, but baby girl refused to listen.
She went to his place, and according to her, she drank too much and ended up doing the do with him.
Afterwards, she felt guilty and called her boyfriend, telling him she was now ready to do the do with him.
When she went to see him, she couldn’t keep it to herself anymore. She told him the truth about losing her virginity to someone else.
Surprisingly, he still slept with her that day, but after that, he started giving her attitude. Eventually, he blocked her.
Till today, she still blames her boyfriend for breaking up with her. According to her, if he hadn’t broken up with her, she wouldn’t have lost her virginity to someone else.
Since when did recruitment become a beauty pageant? 😂 Asking for pictures, then crying about professionalism? Who's the real red flag here?
I posted that my company is hiring , and people started reaching out.
One particular person had no display picture. Nothing.
I asked for her name. She gave it to me.
I asked if they reside in Lagos. She said yes.
Then I asked her to send me a picture because I could not see her display picture.
Her response? “Oh, this is weird. Bye.”

You are looking for a job, and a recruiter asks you for basic information, and your response is to walk away?
Some of you are not ready for the opportunities you claim to want.
Professionalism starts before you get the job. Your attitude during the recruitment process says a lot about you.
