Last year, my family faced a cash crunch from a house purchase that didn't sell as planned. We had to offload over 400 works from our collection (valued at €2M+) in under 6 months, amid the worst art market crisis in decades. As the family's art advisor and collection manager, I stepped in to protect them: spotting « scams » from auction houses, estates, and dealers; delivering spot-on estimates and mid-term projections; advising to hold key pieces for Q4 recovery if possible and other long term (though deadlines forced some sales). How do you sell fast without tanking value? You hire expertise. I spent 2-3 months cataloging, verifying provenance, and building rock-solid arguments to boost estimates. Then, I negotiated deals with dozens of gallerists, auctioneers, and private dealers, splitting the collection across specialized partners instead of one seller. (Pro tip: When pieces range from €50 to €300K, diversification is key.) My loyalty? 100% to the family. No side commissions, no conflicts, just upholding our legacy. We prioritized buyers who truly valued the art, not flippers stashing it in freeports. This is where web3 collectors can learn from trad art. In crypto/NFT spaces, "brokers" (like auction platforms) promise quick sales, but often without strategy or max value. An advisor? We bring detachment from emotional attachments, crafting a 10-year vision, direction, and thesis for your collection. Urgent sells hit everyone when facing divorce, death, market dips, or wallet liquidations. Think of an art advisor as insurance for your digital patrimony: preventing you from fumbling and paper handing grails, optimizing exits, and ensuring your assets land in the right hands (or wallets). If you're a web3 collector building or slimming a portfolio, DM me ! I've bridged trad to web3 and can tailor this service for you. Let's talk about the legacy your art collection :)

Starting with Zero10 and continuing with the acquisition of MoMA's Punks and Squiggles (I don't think it was a coincidence that these two events happened in succession), it feels like the tide has clearly turned in this space. Personally, I believe the trend toward gradually breaking down the barriers between NFTs (I deliberately say NFTs rather than digital art to avoid confusion) and trad art will only strengthen. What has been “our art” will transform into “art for the many, not something special.” I neither affirm nor deny this development. I take the stance that things will unfold as they will. As symbolized by Zero10, the spotlight currently shines only on top artists, but I believe this trend will eventually impact artists not at the top as well. (Considering supply and demand, this is inevitable.) Among us, too, artists will emerge who will be exhibited and collected in galleries and museums in their own countries. However, not everyone will follow this path, and conversely, some artists may not wish to do so. I also think it's possible that younger artists emerging later on could surpass them. The breaking down of barriers between us and trad art means artists who were aiming for the trad art world will increasingly participate here too. And once people realize there's money to be made, 3rd parties motivated solely by that profit will likely infiltrate as well. (Like in 2021 or 2022) And I believe that works will no longer receive special treatment simply because they are NFTs; everything will be evaluated more equally. When that happens, the question “Why are you creating work in this space?” may demand a clearer answer. (Of course, artists creating works that could only exist digitally are different from artists whose standing makes such questions meaningless.) Regardless, I feel like a new era will begin for us starting next year. Everyone has their own thoughts, but I'm simply enjoying this change, and I want to keep finding my own way to survive.

I use to create my artworks Samsung tablet A6 from 2018 Frankly, it is difficult to work with because I use layers a lot in abstract art. Many times it stops working and I restart it again, and the program I use is limited in the Android version
