Sure, its an input, however the input is mostly a question, not a standard product/category query. #ecomchat
And what about voice search? :) It's growing on mobile, query understanding / NLP is necessary, however, most of the solutions are still struggling to deliver proper search results #ecomchat
And definitely not to forget to track Autocomplete / Autosuggest queries, not just ordinary search.

Agree. However No clicks doesn't have to be always bad. It depends on the search results page structure. Sometimes its not necessary to go on product detail to fulfil users need, so I would not generalize it definitely.

Fixing zero results is really important.
@LuigisBox provides advanced search analytics and fixes even without implementing their Search solution, which is a great advantage compared to other search solutions
