You can now embed your own views inside the keyboard 🤯
With the release of [email protected] you can place custom UI (like a "Scan QR" button) right above the keys (using KeyboardExtender) — no more typing long account numbers!
Oh, wow, `InputAccessoryView` is deprecated in favour of `KeyboardStickyView` from `react-native-keyboard-controller` 👀
It's so rewarding to see people appreciate your work enough to support it financially ☺️
Just received a $250 donation (probably the biggest donation that I received one time so far).
Thank you for supporting what I build! 🫶
Yep, Teleport can not only create beautiful transitions and UX patterns, but also improve performance in skilled hands 🚀
That "wait, my code is running in this app!" moment never gets old, especially when it's an app you use every day 🥹
So cool to see Teleport powering shared transitions in Krak! ✨🛸

React Native can feel like this 😍
Been squeezing more performance out of react-native-screen-choreography.
Performance tests run on every commit to help keep it smooth.
One of reasons to go to conferencea is to see how @DelphineBugner makes those drawings by hand 😍
Always love to see them!

@ReactNativeConn 2026 is a wrap! This year’s theme was Monet and Impressionism so obviously the drawings came back; this time with a focus on the speakers, who truly did an amazing work for all of their talks 💙 cheers to @FilipKaminski @ziusko @zoontek & @uffoltzl !
Love to see teleport powering more and more libraries 😍
Here’s a taste of what you can build with react-native-screen-choreography, and there’s plenty more to explore.
0.6.0 is coming soon with better performance and new helpers for smoother transitions 👀
Oh, and it has docs now: screen-choreography.dev

react-native-screen-choreography 0.5.0 is out 🚀
Smoother shared transitions, zero rerenders during animations, and 60 FPS on Android and iOS.
Works with Expo Router and React Navigation.
Free and open-source.
Perfect! Just bumping library version and glitches are gone 😍
Harry up to update to the latest version of teleport if you are still using old one! It works really much-much faster 🚀

Here you go :D, the only difference is react-native-teleport v1.2.0 vs v1.1.12
My previous workaround was screenshotting the map and overlaying the screenshot during the flicker
I’ve optimized Teleport’s Android reparenting 🚀
Before you might see some flickering on old Android devices or in some specific configurations (like usage of TextureView).
With the new 1.2.0 implementation those glitches are gone😎
I also covered this functionality with e2e tests that automatically detects glitches 🤯
Basically maestro just clicks the flow and record a screen interaction - and script analyzes the video further🤓
This is the link to PR if you are curious: github.com/kirillzyusko/reac…
And if you want to read more about technical details and how fast reparenting path works, then you can check this blogpost: kirillzyusko.github.io/react…

Remember "Talking Tom"? 😼
We built "Talking Amy" in #reactnative, and thanks to OpenAI's Realtime API her brain is supercharged with ChatGPT's knowledge! 🧠

react-native-jelly-tabs
Built with @swmansion's reanimated, gesture-handler
Runs on Android, iOS and React Native Web
Compatible with @expo-router and react-navigation

It's incredibly rewarding to see `react-native-teleport` being used in projects like `screen-transitions`.
Seeing the primitives evolve beyond their original use case is exactly what I was hoping for when building the library! Really excited to see where this goes 🚀
One of the most exciting things I’ve had the chance to work on has been integrating `react-native-teleport` into `screen-transitions`.
v3.9 introduces a new handoff prop to seamlessly teleport boundary payloads between each other.
Pretty happy with it so far! Here’s how it looks with the new zoom transition in v3.9
A proof that react-native is probably the best technology for building modern chat applications 😎

As the creator of react-native-keyboard-controller, @ziusko from @margelo_com is perfectly placed to talk about one of the trickiest features of today's apps: "Building a Keyboard-Synchronized Chat Experience".
