The FDA’s own scientists said no. It’s happening anyway. Pharmacies can now compound six peptides, BPC-157 among them, on a prescription, made enforceable by HHS this week. Peptides finally have a legal channel. They still don’t have a standard of care.

Then act on it, in one place: prescribe under your NPI, we fill and ship to the patient, you set your price and keep the margin. Decide. Prescribe. Deliver.

Testing out 300 mcg of Pinealon nightly to see how it impacts sleep.. which currently sucks. Integrated with Oura ring to trend it out.

Down nearly 20lbs so far this year. Biggest acceleration was change in diet and focusing on macros; 2300 calories in with a 1300 deficit + walks.

I think there shd be a disclaimer “I’ve never used peptides but I’m going to write an article on it”. Actual data is not scant, rummage through Reddit and you’ll find thousands of users reporting (even after all the take downs) on usage. The biggest issue is “talking about them” and how that can be taken as promoting human use and into fda’s lap.

It’s great someone is suing - but this is overblown. The $10k deposit can be handled via a bond, a letter of credit or assignment of a certificate of deposit, for about $100 Yes the requirement is junk, esp if all states go ahead and do their own mini tcpa..
We are suing the state of Texas for their SMS law on behalf of our customers

We integrated Google’s new image generation into our image editor. It’s live on all @klaviyo accounts. We’re just watching the edits users (and soon agents) are doing. It’s wild. klaviyo.com/blog/remix-ai-im… We set a goal of live by Friday, mission accomplished.

Everything was fine with @Replit - I have several projects that use MongoDB. - tried to start a new app , WTF is this? Time to flip over to cursor... "I need to let you know that MongoDB is not available in our supported technology stack. Since you've explicitly mentioned using MongoDB as your database,I cannot proceed with this specific stack configuration". @ReplitSupport

From all the beats I’ve produced (done more than a few). This has to be the best one so far. open.spotify.com/track/6LFkp…

1. Didn’t think producing music could be this much fun. 2. Certainly didn’t expect anyone to listen.

I remember when @harris gave me a no when he was at YC. It was a good no and advice was good. Timing was wrong :)
I’ve coached founders through hundreds of Series As. Here’s 5 things the best ones know: 1.   Fundraises live and die by the story you tell, not the metrics you have 2.   VC processes are broken at best, don’t expect consistency 3.   FOMO matters, but faking it will blow up in your face 4.   If you don’t hear a lot of nos, you’re not pushing hard enough 5.   Don’t believe the stories you hear about other fundraises – the truth is always messier

another issue with @Replit that just bleeds $'s is that it will do its own thing even if you've told it not to - it forgets. There needs to be a flag that should ask you if you want it to use a workaround, or use its postgress db. which it loves defaulting to.
One of the biggest issues with @Replit is how it becomes stupid and does stupid things. For example, a specific ask to add auth, but it runs into issues - its solution is to create a "development mode workaround" and skip all auth. Then you spend 10 checkpoints fixing it.
