Absolutely. He wasn’t even an MP.
Labour Together read the room & decided to take SKS off the pitch & substitute him for AB.
Client media oblige, by presenting AB as more earnest & left-wing than Starmer-it’s a con. No way LT would switch them if AB has any integrity.

Nasty. Nasty. Nasty.
“You just spooked everyone by saying stockpile (for a crisis)”
Andy Burnham:- <Smug look & laughs knowingly>
“It’s a challenging World”
The UK PM treats the Public with absolute contempt after telling everyone they need to “prepare for a crisis” - now we can’t even keep a straight face‼️

I’ve recently been informed by my GP practice that the company which provides their online services has gone into administration so the system whereby the patient completes a form which is triaged and then they are contacted with an appt can’t now be used…
And so soon…

Where are all the Irish right-wingers? Your government is about to send young Irish men and women into an USraeli created bloodbath in South Lebanon. Why the fuck should Irish youngsters help disarm the Lebanese resistance & aid Israel's ethnic cleansing / land theft campaign? I thought "the middle east has nothing to do with us"?

How do you dump radioactive waste safely when it’s leaking radiation for 100’s of thousands of years & sea levels will rise by up to 25 metres in that time? Obviously you can’t & that alone makes nuclear power a nonsense. Nuclear is a very expensive & filthy source of energy.

He played a significant role in a fraud that ultimately led to the deaths of over 2 million people. And you put him on TV.
“He ousted a PM and Labour Leader who won a three figure landslide two years earlier, in part by people saying he’s a much nicer guy.”
Alastair Campbell, author of 'Persevilience', discusses Andy Burnham’s “ruthless” streak and political “killer instinct”.

Incredibly powerful speech....
🇵🇸 WATCH THIS. EVERY WORD. 🇵🇸
Lubna Speitan, the Palestinian woman who wrote the Greens4Palestine "Zionism is racism" motion, says what millions of us have been feeling for two years.
"We as Palestinians are being silenced and gaslit and vilified [as we] witness the annihilation, the cold-blooded murder of our families, of our people... our children burnt with phosphorus, having to endure amputations with no anaesthetic... being starved to death."
Think about that.
Your family is being wiped out. Your children are being burnt and starved. And you're the one told to calm down, watch your tone and prove you're not the racist.
That's the world we live in. The people suffering ethnic cleansing, apartheid and genocide are put on trial, while the people doing it play the victim.
She's not asking for sympathy. She's asking for justice. Equal rights, freedom and dignity for every Palestinian, in every part of their land.
From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free 🇵🇸
Share this. Make them hear it 🔁

Oh look yet another Labour MP accusing the Greens of racism, despite directly enabling a literal genocide of Palestinians across the last three years. It honestly does boggle the mind that people can be so utterly fucking shameless.

Socialists are already organising across our movement. But we need you.
It’s time for a socialist Labour Party ready to deliver change.

The Guardian call it a "show of strength"
It's not.
It's collective punishment.
It's ethnic cleansing.
It's forced displacement.
It's crimes against humanity.
It's the Guardian enabling Genocide.

The smirk, the snicker, the chortle of Burnham, who spooked a nation into stockpiling food for war. To him it was "humour", whilst millions of Brits rely on food banks providing tinned and dried food to survive.
To him, to them, your mere survival is a joke.
This is how our disgusting snake of a PM reacted when the presenter said “you’ve just spooked everyone saying stockpile.”
(I don’t care if you view those who chose to stockpile as fools. This isn’t the debate. The issue is this utter disgrace of a PM and his cronies deliberately promoted the idea, simply to play with people. As if it’s all a game to them.)
You can’t push survival kits and 3-days worth of supplies, and then smirk when you’re told that you’ve spooked people.
I get it’s Halloween season, and this ghoul plays his own version of trick or treat. It’s called trick or trick.

Who is running what? Seems like Palantir are running things & the government just rubber stamps it, with a Labour Lord head of PR to explain away this corrupt reality. We are a captured state, captured by, amongst others, the most murderous tech company yet created, helmed by a South African racist, someone who appears to be in a perpetual state of psychotic mania & the grandson of a notorious fascist

“The relationship between the state and financial markets is therefore nothing like the FT portrays it. Brazil is not dependent on financial markets.”
The entire Financial Times editorial board has published a piece urging Lula to cut government spending and appoint a finance minister who enjoys the confidence of investors.
I get the impression that the FT editorial board has never opened an economics book other than some outdated introductory macroeconomics textbook, perhaps something by Mankiw. Otherwise, it's hard to explain such astonishing arrogance and economic ignorance.
Lula and the Brazilian people have absolutely no reason to bow to the demands of financial markets. Brazil is Latin America's largest economy, a major regional power, and a country with a high degree of monetary sovereignty. Around 97% of the central government's debt is denominated in its own currency, the Brazilian real.
The relationship between the state and financial markets is therefore nothing like the FT portrays it. Brazil is not dependent on financial markets. On the contrary, financial markets depend on government spending, which creates financial assets for the private sector, while government debt denominated in the national currency is one of the instruments through which those assets are held.
What Brazil needs is not capitulation to financial markets, but an independent economic policy focused on expanding production, creating jobs, and improving people's living standards.
Armed with the insights of heterodox economic theory, Brazil has the potential to show the world what a genuine economic miracle looks like. ft.com/content/79785581-88c2…
