Ime Udoka said Alperen Sengun felt something in his back in the first or second quarter of Monday’s game, but the adrenaline helped him play through it
Udoka added they’ll be cautious with his back and he’ll be out a few games at most

It’s early, but Alperen Şengün not being top-10 in MVP odds this season is ridiculous. He’s averaging:
24.5 PPG
9.0 RPG
7.0 APG

67% 3P ‼️
67% TS
And he has his team undefeated.

1. Victor Wembanyama (29%)
2. Luka Doncic (23%)
3. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (19%)
4. Jayson Tatum (11%)
5. Nikola Jokic (10%)
6. Cade Cunningham (3%)
7. Tyrese Maxey (3%)

Spacing matters, I like amen but I don’t like that extension but this is the first time in sometime we get to see sengun surrounded by 4 shooters and it looks fluid and amazing

KD and Sengun locked in and ran duo all 3rd quarter with some special basketball. Better chemistry playing off each other vs last year. This a real duo that’s going to be a problem

That’s exactly why I never entered the draft. Felt like I’d be taking up space. Gotta give guys like Wemby a shot.

Kevin Durant: “Rakipler onu post-up'ta bire bir tek savunmacıyla durdurabileceklerini düşünüyor. Bu yaz onun hakkında yazılan kötü makaleleri okumuş olmalılar ki bire birde onu savunabileceklerini düşünüyorlar. Bizde takım olarak Alperen’in karşısında kim olursa olsun bu eşleşmeyi izlemeye bayılıyoruz.”

After that Şengün and-one in transition, Durant came up to him and chest bumped him in the back once, and then a second time with a bit more gusto, and then a third time with even more.
