landlord increased your rent from 10k to 100k But you can’t afford it, so your landlord helped you to facilitate a loan from his loan company so you can pay him rent. Instead of fighting the landlord for increasing rent in the first place, you’re celebrating he was a good person to give you loan. That is nelfund for you.
