There’s no moat in software anymore and do not let anyone tell u otherwise.
All software can be cloned now
Starting to see “AI will eat software” predictions slowly coming true.
My barber just moved his booking system off booksy after 5 years because a friend of his learned about Claude and vibe coded nearly the same thing for his website in a weakened. He told me it makes no sense to pay booksy anymore.
I think this trend might accelerate starting from low margin and mom-and-pop businesses then spreading.

Hey @Microsoft, here's a layoff idea.
1. Open LinkedIn.
2. Find employees who post more about productivity than they actually deliver.
3. Compare their posts with their shipped products.
Your next cost-cutting strategy just got interesting.
To make a difference, you have to show up and put your work and vision out there.
AI will change humanity more than any other field in the coming years, and I want the awareness and ability to handle it all and always know what stance to take.

This is why AI in medicine is going to change everything.
Many of the worst diseases we fight today, from Parkinson’s to Alzheimer’s to cancer, all share one root cause. Proteins in our bodies folding the wrong way. Johns Hopkins just secured up to $52M from @ARPA_H to lead a team of 7 institutions building an AI that can predict exactly how those proteins misfold.
Once we can see the shape, we can design drugs that target only the bad versions and leave the healthy ones alone. In the first phase, they’re analyzing 1 billion protein structures and testing 100 million drug candidates.
This is American medicine leaping into the future.
“If we can predict the [protein's] shape, we can design a drug that recognizes the harmful form and leaves the healthy one alone.”
A Hopkins-led team backed by up to $52M from @ARPA_H will build an AI model to decode how proteins misfold in Parkinson’s, cancer, and other diseases. bit.ly/4zMyCdb

Today, in collaboration with Anthropic, we’re excited to share rapid initial progress towards an antibody treatment for food allergy, which affects over 200 million people worldwide, discovered with the help of Claude.
At Divergence Labs, we believe that AI can unlock the next generation of antibody therapeutics with more effective mechanisms than before. Such mechanisms are urgently needed in food allergy, which involve overcoming one of the tightest affinity protein pairs in immunology, IgE and its receptor FcεRI, on mast cells.
Treatment with Xolair—the only approved antibody for food allergy—sequesters circulating IgE, but mast cells remain sensitized for weeks to months due to the extraordinarily slow dissociation of IgE from FcεRI.
We envision a treatment that actively pulls IgE off of FcεRI, without waiting for natural dissociation. Like picking a lock, this requires the right combination of geometry and force.
Our research team, working with Claude, ideated on mechanisms to accomplish this disruption, and converged on an antibody format with two arms with different functions and epitopes. Within one month, we designed, synthesized, and experimentally confirmed the biophysical function of the two arms, which we are now assembling into full therapeutic formats.

🔥WOW… HISTORIC ELON GAME CHANGER IN BRAZIL.
Elon just turned on Starlink Mobile with Vivo the day after Lula’s “win.”
50 million Brazilians can now get signal in dead zones. 7 million phones already connected. First nationwide satellite-to-phone service covering the entire country.
Elon knows EXACTLY what he is doing & is building free speech infrastructure.
“Free speech is the bedrock of democracy… if people don’t know the truth, how can you make an informed vote?” - Elon Musk
They banned X in 2024. Moraes froze Starlink accounts and tried to cut the pipes. Starlink is harder to kill than regular cell towers local ISPs can block X fast… satellite requires forcing the company itself.
Now every compatible Vivo phone has a fallback path through space for messaging and more. Rural areas… Amazon… highways places towers never fully reach.

Hey @Microsoft , I will give you an idea to do layoffs.
1. Open youtube... Search "Day in life of a Microsoft Engineer".
2. You will get list of people who only eat but do not work in office.
3. Layoff them

Some interesting stuff from digging into @AnthropicAI's S-1 filing today:
- Claude Enterprise users who don't use Claude Code spend less than $75/month on average, but the top 5% who do use Claude Code spend roughly 20x as much
- They recently delayed pre-training a new frontier model for more than a month because they needed to improve security measures against model weight theft
- Over 80% of Anthropic's revenue in Q3 2026 came from model versions released within the preceding six months
- Anthropic expects to pay @SpaceX roughly $3.1B per month for compute once all contracted capacity comes online. They could effectively be paying $37B/year, up to $120.5B in total, but the contracts can be cancelled with 90 days' notice after early 2027
- Over 90% of contributions to Anthropic's own codebase in September 2026 were written by Claude. The average daily volume of code contributed per engineer in Q3 was 45x what it was in 2024
- Their five largest customers went from 36% of revenue in Q1 2026 to just 21% in Q3, but every single one of those five customers actually spent more in Q3 than ever before
- They recognized a $2B operating expense in Q3 just for matching employee charitable donations. It issued roughly 28 million shares in October to settle the obligation
- Their $42B Broadcom financing facility has an interesting clause. Normally, the notes carry 9% interest and convert into shares at a 10% discount, but if Anthropic misses certain revenue targets, the interest rises to 13% & the conversion discount increases to 15%
- Google has the option to purchase up to $10B of additional nonvoting Anthropic shares at the IPO price
- More than 11,900 customers now spend at least $100K annually with Anthropic. Over 1,900 spend $1M+ and roughly 250 spend $10M+
- Claude Cowork is seeing faster adoption than Claude Code did at the equivalent point after its launch
