Regarding this government warning people to stock pile stuff etc incase of power outs. So the internet will be fucked? House phones used to not be sffected by power cuts. We're over-reliant on doing things online etc

As a child his role as Pavel Cheov was my favourite Star Trek character.
Seen here in Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan (1982), Moontrap (1989) alongside Bruce Campbell, and in Babylon 5 in which he played Bester from 1994 to 1998.
