Did the law firm representing @RekietaLaw in the HRO against him fold? How did Nick get Brian Lewis' signature on his court filing if Brian Lewis QUIT the Francis White Law Firm TWO MONTHS before his court hearing? How did he get Brian Lewis' signature when Brian Lewis was MIA and recently on the verge of contempt of court? Attached are a series of documents courtesy of MNPublic Records. The first is a copy of Nick's plea to be allowed to interrogate Aaron in Our Wife's HRO, which was initially rejected because Nick was represented by Brian Lewis and had to go through him. The court would not speak to him directly. This version contains Brian Lewis' signature, filed 10/20/26, the day before the hearing. Additional documents provided by MNPR create an interesting timeline. - On 8/1/26, Brian Lewis tells the court that Francis White had surgery and has not returned to work, and he will not be available for a hearing. He requests a continuance in a separate case. - On 8/10/26, Brian Lewis again requests the court for a continuance, in yet another case. The judge REJECTS the request for a continuance. - Sometime in the LAST TWO MONTHS, Brian Lewis indicates he is no longer with the Francis White Law Firm. - On 9/11/26, a judge issues an order for Brian Lewis to appear in person on 10/12/26 to answer for his failures to submit an order the Court requested be submitted by July 2026, and missing a hearing 9/9/26. Brian Lewis is at risk of being found in contempt, and if he fails to appear, a bench warrant will be issued. - On 9/15/26, in the same matter on 8/10, opposing counsel claims that Brian Lewis asked for a continuance on 8/11/26, which was granted, but has failed to file any response to the opposing party's motions. Opposing counsel requests an order from the judge. - On 9/16/226, a sheriff of Washington County, MN attempted to serve papers to the Francis White law firm. They were unable to do so. The listed address was a UPS Store and the phone number was disconnected. Given the state of the Francis White Law Firm and Brian Lewis' apparent disassociation from it, it raises a question of how Nick managed to get Brian Lewis to sign off on his petition to Judge Ole so quickly after it was rejected. Using the Francis White Law Firm in the signature, no less. Funny and weird. Very funny and weird.

Nick @RekietaLaw's paypigs remain unslopped as Nick travels to Mexico to attend his sister's wedding. Nick continues to stream irregularly, often leaving members paying for an entire week of ZERO exclusive content. Additionally, Nick had to request permission to leave the country by the Court, and did so THE DAY BEFORE HIS FLIGHT LEAVES. Because nothing is ever Nick's fault, Nick throws his probation officer, Heather Schwartz, under the bus, claiming she never told him he had to ask the Court. This is despite Nick being a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota and having represented felony criminal defendants in the past. The judge, in his infinite generosity, gives Nick permission to attend the wedding.
