Exclusive new video content…
15 years after the “Penn State Scandal” broke, I’m releasing part of my recent interview with PSU football legend & College Football Hall of Famer, Shane Conlan, where he declares that he has always believed that Jerry Sandusky is clearly innocent & that the entire narrative surrounding the story makes absolutely no sense.
When I publicly announced a month ago that Conlan had done this interview, all hell broke loose in his world. His family, specifically his youngest son Dan (a recent Penn State walk-on basketball player), strongly urged him to kill the interview over fear of the negative reaction to it.
In an effort to protect both Shane and the public record, I have decided to only publicly release a small portion of that interview. Directly below is a key clip from the Conlan interview.
Below that is a YouTube video of me telling the remarkable behind-the-scenes story of how I tried to navigate all this controversy, speaking extensively with 3 other players from the storied PSU 1986 National Championship team who also believe that Jerry Sandusky is innocent (Trey Bauer, DJ Dozier, and Bob White).
This entire saga is extremely emblematic of the entire Sandusky fiasco, and how/why a fake scandal was allowed to destroy so many innocent lives, and ruin the reputation of a previously respected university. It is also yet another strong sign that being the only person willing/able to tell the full truth of this matter will eventually be the death of me.

Brenda Sierra was my friend. She was only 15 years old when she was kidnapped on her way to school, raped and brutally murdered.
Now there’s a possibility that one of the people responsible for her murder could be among those receiving clemency from Gavin Newsom.
Absolutely disgusting.
Brenda was a child. She had her entire life ahead of her, and these monsters took that from her.
Brenda didn’t get a second chance. Her family has had to live with what happened to her for 24 years.
I have absolutely no sympathy for people who commit such evil acts.
Where is the justice for Brenda? Where is the compassion for the victims and their families?
Her life mattered. She deserves to be remembered, and those responsible deserve to be held accountable.

Just a reminder about Gavin Newsom and crime victims.
California is one of the few states or provinces, if you include Canada, that does not protect the privacy rights of murder victims and you can thank Gavin Newsom for that
An assembly bill by Democrat, Jackie Irwin from Ventura County passed with wide bipartisan support, but Gavin worked with a state senator out of Los Angeles to block the vote from ever happening…because the LA Times was against it
To make matters worse, than LA times then sued murder victims families so they had to pay for the court costs. That’s Gavin Newsom. His death penalty decision is not a surprise.

I have been waiting 24 years for my neighbor David Westerfield to be executed for the kidnapping and murder of my 7-year-old neighbor, Danielle van Dam. And now thanks to @GavinNewsom, it looks like it will never happen.
I was 13 when he abducted her from her bedroom in the middle of the night in 2002. I would never equate what I experienced with what her family suffered, but Danielle's murder devastated our whole neighborhood, and me personally. I was a sensitive kid and it was a major contributor to my mental health decline in adolescence.
In the 20 days between her disappearance and his arrest, I developed insomnia and spent those nights walking around the house checking the locks on the doors and windows. I followed the trial closely. As we learned the horrific details, I couldn't stop thinking about what she endured during the 3 days he had her.
Her body was found dumped off the side of a road 25 days after she went missing. It was too decomposed to test for sexual assault, but we all knew that's why he took her. He was also convicted of possessing child sexual abuse material found on his computer.
There was never any doubt about Westerfield's guilt. There was an abundance of forensic evidence, including her blood on his clothing and in his motorhome. In 2019, the California Supreme Court unanimously upheld his conviction and death sentence. Shortly afterward, Newsom imposed his moratorium. And now he does THIS.
California voters rejected abolishing the death penalty in both 2012 and 2016, and even voted to expedite executions. All these years, I've held on to the hope that someone would eventually take office who respected the will of California voters and would allow these sentences to be carried out.
It's especially insulting to hear Newsom go on about morality, as if he is morally superior to those of us whose lives were affected by these heinous crimes and who want to see the perpetrators brought to justice. I'm hoping the California Supreme Court can stop Westerfield's commutation.

You wanna know who Gavin Newsom just commuted on California’s death row?
Lemme tell you…
Richard Allen Davis, who broke into a 12-year-old’s house during a slumber party, kidnapped Polly Klaas at knifepoint, raped her, and strangled her.
Isauro Aguirre, who spent months torturing 8-year-old Gabriel Fernandez, beating him, shooting him with a BB gun, forcing him to eat cat feces, and locking him in a cabinet before ultimately beating him to death.
Alejandro Avila, who snatched 5-year-old Samantha Runnion off the street, raped her, and murdered her.
Cary Stayner, the Yosemite handyman who murdered three women and a teenage girl in 1999, including beheading one of his victims.
Charles Ng, convicted of killing 11 people, including men, women, and two infants, alongside Leonard Lake in the 1980s.
Lonnie Franklin Jr., the “Grim Sleeper,” convicted of murdering multiple women in Los Angeles over several decades. Investigators believe the actual body count is higher.
Scott Peterson, who murdered his pregnant wife, Laci Peterson, and their unborn son in 2002, dumping her body in the San Francisco Bay.
Wayne Adam Ford, the truck driver who strangled and dismembered at least four women before showing up at a sheriff’s station with a severed breast in his pocket.
Joseph Naso, the “Alphabet Killer,” convicted of murdering four women with matching initials between 1977 and 1994.
Christopher Cheary, convicted of raping, torturing, and murdering his girlfriend’s 3-year-old daughter, Sophia Acosta.
And these are just some of the inmates.
Newsom called this a “righteous action.”
Righteous for whom? Because I guarantee you the victims’ families don’t see it that way.

I love how Redditors can't even find an image of Conservatives melting down so they just photoshopped a Maga hat on the crying liberal from Trump's first inauguration.
Total cultural victory.

Why didn't any of the "crimes" they purportedly "brought to light" in their hugely intrepid journalism feature at all in the actual trial? Any theories on that? Or is it just going to go mysteriously unexplained

Tuesday proved that millions upon millions of people vote for promises and well crafted slogans. These voters have abandoned the idea that political promises have to be backed up by an explanation of how they actually work. Democrats make the same promises year in and year out and they fail every time.

Per NBC's exit polls, which surveyed tens of thousands of voters, 90% said government corruption was a "crucial" or "major" factor in their vote for Congress. Voters were split on which party is better positioned to fight it, but Democrats held the advantage overall.
Keep telling yourselves voters don't care about corruption. I'm sure that'll work out great in 2028.
