I feel like Jared Kushner being at the center of the plot that ultimately led to an American journalist being dismembered via bone saw while he was still alive should be a much bigger deal than our billionaire owned news media is making of it.

Ángela Karime Venegas Hernández. Remember the name. Girls who invent things deserve better than “a 16-year-old student”.
Uma estudante de 16 anos criou um aparelho que apaga o fogo usando SOM, sem água ou produtos químicos. A invenção conquistou uma medalha de ouro na Indonésia.

#otd, 1946, Ian Fleming took an overnight flight from from London to NYC, where he would stay at the Hotel Dorset. His travel papers said his money amounted to 145 pounds on his person.

He was so good. And so different from that other thing he did. Looking like the great Davy Jones.
RIP to the great Walter Koenig, who brilliantly played Psi Cop Bester on all five seasons of Babylon 5. A frightening performance by a wonderful man.

Call me a heathen, but as good as he was here, I thought Walter Koenig was even better, as Bester.
Walter Koenig has passed away. Everyone got to show their comedy chops in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, and Chekov asking for directions to the "Nuclear Wessels" and the interrogation scene are real highlights. Koenig often cited The Voyage Home as his favourite Trek film.

What’s your unapologetic fave popular-because-it-deserves- to-be? OG #jamesBond
I saw someone recently say that C.S. Lewis was “literally incapable of thought,” which is as good a time as any to remind you that you need to be Lewis-maxxing. Some things are popular because they are good. Among these are Lewis, Tolkien, the Beatles, PBR, and Honda civics.

Jane Austen's books were the most requested by British soldiers serving in France in WW1 from those agencies who sent books out for the troops. Men and women alike loved her works. Facts most book lovers know but this, now sadly anonymous, twit, does not.

The Dems need to focus on Jared's phone as relentlessly as the republicans focused on Hunter's laptop.

This should be the largest story in the news. It should be everywhere in the media. Kushner should wind up in prison because of it. But you won’t hear about it and nothing will happen to him.
Holy shit. Dutch intelligence has uncovered Jared Kushner’s role as a Mossad agent.

Washington state ballot iniative 638 would force all girls K-12 to undergo an invasive & traumatic genital exam to "PROVE" they arent transgender before playing sports. Girls as young as SIX. This where trans panic leads. It's a great example of how transphobia hurts ALL women.

There are hints in several OG Bond books that Bond/Fleming had a flat in NYC for a short time. I have never found it. #otd 1945, Ian Fleming gave his NYC address as 1475 Broadway. Found!!! Naw, that was a business address, the old New York Times building. The search continues.

People say Roger Moore should of had a better introduction in Live and Let Die, but having him debut post shag is kind of perfect for his #JamesBond 🍸

In October, 1920, Ian Fleming's Uncle Harcourt Rose married Frida Keyser (Ian was 12). Harcourt married 3 times and partied away a fortune, a fortune Ian's mother felt was rightly hers. No wonder Ian was so weird about money.

I big shoutout goes out to 27 year-old St. Paul man, Ebro Ahmed, who saw a school bus rolling by with its door open. He saw a bus with 18 middle schoolers aboard, ran & jumped into the moving bus, engaged the emergency brake, & stopped the bus. The driver had a medical emergency
