The middle class was a 50-year fluke designed to stop communism during the Cold War. The threat is gone, so the elites are taking it apart. You're not falling behind. You're being pushed back into peasantry.

🇵🇸 Refeef Lubbad, a 17-year-old 11th grader, was shot and killed by Israeli forces Thursday as she walked home from school in the al-Faluja area of Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
Her name was Refeef Lubbad. She was 17, an 11th-grade student, shot and killed as she returned home from school.
You did not, and will not, see a breaking news alert about her killing. The New York Times and other complicit media outlets will not put her face on their front pages. But here, you will see her face and know her name.
May the day come when those who killed Refeef and our families are brought to justice, and when the names of journalists who justified, condoned, or dismissed their deaths as insignificant are displayed on every street, so their complicity is never forgotten.

So this cop was verbally talking to this guy, and the guy was very respectful. He was just protesting the ticket to the cop.
So the cop gets mad and body slams this guy and kills him. He’s dead now.
This elderly 70-year-old man is dead
All because he protested getting a ticket because he felt like he shouldn’t have got a ticket
And the cop couldn’t let it go
So he body slammed him, and the man ended up dying from his injuries
I don’t think a man would do this. I don’t think this cop is a man.
Only a punk thug would do something like this to an elderly old, frail, weak old man🇺🇸

The donor list for Trump's ballroom is finally public, and it blows the lid off a huge can of worms.
There’s a LOT here, so let’s break it down:
1) Surprise, surprise...a ton of the donors conveniently got things they wanted after donating, and several of them asked to remain anonymous. Makes you wonder why.
2) Roughly HALF of the money for the ballroom came from companies or executives whose firms have had federal contracts under Trump.
3) Julio Herrera Velutini, an international banker indicted on bribery charges, was pardoned after his daughter gave $3.5 million to Trump’s PAC and pledged another $2.5 million for the ballroom. Trump pardoned him after the first check for the ballroom hit.
4) Charles Ergen, a telecoms exec whose company was being investigated by the FCC, had a closed-door meeting with Trump and the Chair of the FCC. That meeting reportedly involved talks about his political donations. The Administration dropped the investigation, and Ergen donated a total of $25 million.
5) Rocket, a housing fintech company, needed federal approval of a major acquisition. The deal raised a ton of questions from lawmakers about potential anticompetitive business practices. The Trump Administration gave the company the green light, and three weeks later, a Rocket subsidiary donated $10 million to the ballroom.
6) Salesforce committed a total of $3 million in three installments. Between those payments, the Army awarded the company a $5.6 billion contract, the largest public government contract in the company's history.
7) ServiceNow committed $5 million just one month after the federal government announced a deal to make their AI software available across federal agencies.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Trump has created a system where the people who need something from his government know exactly how to get his attention.
These companies and executives are foaming at the mouth to shower him with money, because he’s made it clear that he’ll help them in exchange.
There is no honest word for that other than corruption.

welcome to bizzaro world 2026 where going after weapons makers and banks is a form of racism, something that is objectively insane and something that objectively violates the most basic intellectual honesty but nonetheless something we have to take seriously as a liberal conceit

“What the NYPD is doing now is they're investigating it as a hate crime. They're gonna do a fast investigation; we appreciate their work on this, and the community is deeply concerned and upset about it.”

Alleged killer of Hind Rajab traveling freely in the United States
——
The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed an urgent request with the US Department of Justice demanding the immediate arrest and criminal prosecution of an Israeli military officer currently traveling freely in the United States, according to a public filing by the organization.
The petition targets Sean Glass, a former company commander in the Israeli army whose occupation unit is directly implicated in the cold-blooded killing of six-year-old Hind Rajab, her family members, and the first responders dispatched to save her in Gaza City.
Extensive investigative findings place Glass and his "Vampire Empire" company—operating under the 52nd Armored Battalion—in the immediate vicinity of the family's vehicle during the massacre, which saw Israeli occupation forces shell and riddle the civilian car with hundreds of bullets.
The legal advocacy group warned that allowing an officer accused of egregious war crimes and acts of genocide to walk unbothered on US soil represents an intolerable collapse of international law and universal jurisdiction.

Can anyone remember the last time @BBCNews interviewed a Palestinian about their experience of the racism of Zionism? Having spent the last two weeks interviewing elderly Nakba survivors in Jordan, driven off their land in their teens because of their ethnicity and religion, I'd be happy to suggest some astonishingly articulate victims of Israeli racism who would be only too happy to tell their tragic stories of eviction, slaughter and dispossession. Citizen Lab just exposed AdFection, the first confirmed zero-click mercenary spyware delivered through targeted ads. Here's what you need to know.
The report was published today, Oct 15, 2026, and WIRED, Reuters and the FT all covered it. Citizen Lab calls it the first-ever public confirmation of zero-click mercenary spyware delivered via targeted ads. It names the technique AdFection. A normal-looking ad loads. If you're a target, you're infected. No click needed. Citizen Lab's John Scott-Railton says to protect yourself, block ads.
The company behind it is an Israeli digital ad firm called Discover-Tech. Researchers say it used a huge ad network to track internet users and route chosen targets to spyware servers. The spyware was Candiru's, a vendor the US government has blacklisted. Discover-Tech also gave other Israeli surveillance firms access to ad platforms. Reuters and The Cradle report it used Google and Comcast ad networks. Citizen Lab says it infected dozens of devices.
The targets included journalists. Researchers say 45 Al Jazeera computers were infected through ads in 2024 and 2025. Citizen Lab also saw ad impressions inside the networks of the European Parliament, the European Commission and the Council's General Secretariat, plus NATO and the UN. EU lawmaker Hannah Neumann is calling for an urgent investigation across EU institutions.
Other researchers back this up. Amnesty's Security Lab says it independently tracked Discover-Tech and that Citizen Lab's findings match its own. Candiru's ad infection ability was first reported by Haaretz in 2023, which also described Insanet's Sherlock product as an optional zero-click method. Corporate records show surveillance vendor Intelos shared owners with Discover-Tech. Google has banned the firm from its ad platforms. Researchers say regulators and companies like Google and Microsoft need to act. One said today's online advertising is a systemic security threat.
Key numbers:
- 120,000+ websites and 75,000+ apps carried Discover-Tech's malicious ads (Citizen Lab)
- Hundreds of millions of people likely reached (Confiant)
- 45 Al Jazeera computers infected in 2024 and 2025
- Zero clicks needed from the victim
The first confirmed case of spyware delivered through ads means any ad network can become a delivery route for state-grade surveillance.
Researchers at The Citizen Lab have for the first time released technical evidence of sophisticated mercenary spyware being distributed via online advertising. buff.ly/K8nohp5

Apropos of nothing, I’d like to point out that when poll after poll showed Democrats losing ground with Arab Americans by massive margins in 2024, the media did not read it as a signal that Democrats had lost their way but as a moral failing by Arab American voters themselves.

The Saudi-NATO proxy war against Yemen killed some 400,000 people, with nearly 20 million requiring humanitarian aid. The bombing campaign on its own killed around 20,000 Yemeni civilians. Children under 5 accounted for 60% of all non-combat losses.
Houthis have once again struck Riyadh’s airport, taking three innocent lives.
My thoughts are with the families of the victims.
We stand in full solidarity with the people of Saudi Arabia and all our Gulf partners.
Attacks on civilian infrastructure are unacceptable.
Iran's proxies must stop their reckless and violent acts.
