Peggy Flanagan literally served on the committee where whistleblowers came forward to expose Minnesota’s childcare fraud. She skipped the hearings, was informed of the fraud allegations, and failed to act as whistleblowers pleaded with her and Tim Walz to address the problem.
🚨 BREAKING: I’ve recovered audio from a 2018 Minnesota House Subcommittee on Childcare Access and Affordability hearing, a committee on which Rep. Peggy Flanagan served. Peggy Flanagan was ABSENT when whistleblower Scott Stillman warned that Minnesota’s CCAP fraud scandal had the potential to become “Minnesota’s Watergate.” She was notified of the hearing. She chose not to attend. The warning was even recorded and sent to her. Stillman warned that the fraud could exceed $100 MILLION. Years later, Minnesota has been rocked by massive fraud scandals, now estimated to be in the BILLIONS. Peggy Flanagan had an opportunity to confront the warning signs in 2018. But she did nothing.

Before we hear the call for more laws, can someone ask the Moriarty what behavior, exactly, makes someone eligible to have weapons removed under existing Extreme Risk Protection Order law? If repeatedly flashing guns and threatening staff & neighbors doesn't qualify, what does?
JUST IN: Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty confirms a previous case was submitted to her office involving Carlton Johnson, the shooter in Wednesday's mass shooting in Minneapolis. No charges were filed.

As a Native American I’m a little offended that the 14th Amendment didn’t grant us citizenship until Congress passed an exception for us. Meanwhile, a CCP spy can fly to Guam, drop a baby and fly home with the baby who qualifies to run for president 35 years later.

Hold my beer.... MJ did this in 10 FEWER FULL SEASONS: - More MVPs - More Finals MVPs - More Defensive Player of the Year Awards - More All-Defense Selections - More Scoring Titles - More Steals Titles - Better Per-Game Stats (Reg & Playoffs) - More times leading the League in Advanced Metrics - More times making both All-NBA and All-Defense in the same Season - Better Game Winning/Tying Shot Clutch Metrics - Faced better overall playoff competition (Teams with a higher avg Win Total, Net Rating, SRS) - Best player on the greatest dynasty of the modern era - Best combined reg season & payoff record (87-10) - Undefeated (24-0) when having home court advantage - 24-1 in the playoffs as a favorite There is no other example in sports where the player with inferior Rings, MVPs, FMVPs, per-game stats is somehow considered the "GOAT". Not one. Michael Jordan peaked higher, was more individually dominant, led more dominant teams, and on a per-game basis, was simply better during an era where the rules were designed to undermine Wing players. Lebron James, while great, simply played longer and accumulated more total stats and accolades Don't be bamboozled by the Twitter casuals on this app. @getnickwright

These anti-homeschool arguments always compare homeschooling to to a perfectly functioning public school system that only exists in their imagination. Meanwhile in the real world, 54% of American adults read below a 6th grade level.
Right, if homeschooling is actually super high quality, then homeschooling families should not object to being evaluated, tested, and checked-in-on to make sure their kids are actually learning.

By the standards that most Democrats hold for homeschoolers almost all public schools would be shut down due to “child abuse through bad education”.

"Do something" doesn't have to mean "trample on civil rights." You could focus on violent, repeat offenders. You could address the state's crisis in mental healthcare. You could harden security in schools. You're doing something about lawful gun owners, not "gun violence."
Minnesotans are asking us to do something about gun violence. GOP legislators can’t bury their heads in the sand forever. We have a bill to ban assault weapons. The question is: will our Republican colleagues stand with Minnesotans, or with the gun lobby?

🚨 Minnesota Gun Rights Alert 🚨 The DFL are coming for your guns again. HF 3433 and HF 3402 would ban all semi automatic firearms. The only “grandfathering” allowed would require you to register your firearm, allow law enforcement to search your home, and keep it permanently stored. This is one of the most extreme gun bans we have seen. We need you to act now. Click the link in the replies and send a direct message to Minnesota legislators. Tell them clearly and firmly: NO GUN BANS.

Missing donation money in Maine meant for the victims of a mass shooting One of the victims who was shot 5 times speaks at the city council meeting outraged the money is gone Maine Community Foundation raised $6.6 million. Democrats gave the money to 29 nonprofits “After the shooting, the Maine Community Foundation raised $6.6 million. In emails, they promised survivors that 100% of the money raised would go to victims' families and the survivors. A year later, Amy Sussman, who lost her nephew Max in the shooting, uncovered that a big chunk of the money raised, $1.9 million, went not to the victims, but to 29 different nonprofits, groups”

For years, I walked the sidelines when the stakes were the highest, and that job taught me how leadership really works. I’m running for U.S. Senate to bring that experience to Washington and deliver the real results Minnesota deserves.

Minnesotans are struggling because we're literally being looted not governed! Seriously, you're a clown
As Minnesotans are struggling with high prices, Donald Trump is risking an endless war by putting American service members in harm’s way. Add this to the list of times Donald Trump has prioritized foreign interests over Americans.

So you open up a fraudulent learning center for kids that don’t exist, and your sign says “learing” center and no one notices or cares. You walk away with millions of taxpayer dollars and laugh at how stupid we are. Wild how much fraud is being uncovered in Minnesota.
Minnesota daycare spells 'learning' wrong and receives $4 million for 99 missing children. full @nickshirleyy video below

When they want to bypass the parliamentarian, they will. When they don't, they won't. The only way to make them want to gut the NFA is with enough grassroots pressure from 2A activists. ☎️Call Senator John Thune ASAP. Remind him he CAN & SHOULD ignore her: (202) 224-2321
