Smith has been consistently anti-Albertan. Tax and spend worse than Notleys NDP. Mass Immigration. Backs down from meaningful Sovereignty action. And now bends the knee to more mass immigration. UCP = NDP at this point. Sad. This is why there will be alternative voices in the next election for conservatives to vote for.
Danielle Smith wants to be able to “scale up” from current immigration levels. She laments that Alberta has only 6,400 permanent residency (PR) spaces against 40,000 applicants. She then states that she wants the ability to “scale up” to Quebec numbers, which stand at 45,000 PRs. She is gonna H-1B Albertans. Absolute betrayal to our youth and people!

When the Alberta Flag is considered “poor taste” by any business in Alberta, they should consider relocating to a different province.

Shocker.
"Because my position is that we should remain in Canada." Premier Smith asked why she won't put a sovereignty question to referendum herself.

The work is being done. On all fronts. Acceptance of “Alberta in a United Canada” is in rapid decline. Tolerance for dithering political leaders is crashing. Alberta is rising. Sign the petition, and accept NOTHING LESS than a single clear question binding referendum.
41% support independence. Read that again. #AlbertaIndependence

Smith has no “plan B”, @ikwilson It’s continuous groveling to Ottawa, strongly worded letters, lawsuits and moving deadlines. That is all the UCP has the stomach for. They will undoubtedly try and mix in Alberta Next panel questions with a referendum in another attempt to appease the East as well.
Can we have an honest discussion please? PM Carney confirmed yesterday that there will be no pipeline without First Nations consent. First Nations then confirmed there will be no consent. So what is the Plan B? Since the Prime Minister refuses to follow the Constitution—by effectively granting one group a veto over the economic future of the rest of the country—then Alberta is left with no meaningful options inside Confederation. In my view, Alberta’s only viable path is independence, where Alberta would have real leverage to negotiate free and reciprocal passage of goods and trade with BC, rather than having our economy blocked.

RPA Leader @Realcamdavies on the podcast trail. This time with Adam Soos! Thank you @ATSoos ! The time is now to save Alberta from a failing confederation under the Carney Liberals.
Had a great time chatting with Adam Soos prior to the holidays. The work will not stop until Alberta is free from the clutches of Ottawa and is an Independent Republic. God Bless and God Speed as we forge a new chapter for Alberta in 2026.

Could Ottawa use Canadians' pensions to pay off the national debt? Anything is possible under tax-and-spend Carney. It's time for Alberta to leave Confederation. Check out RPA Leader Cameron Davies on The Adam Soos Show. @Realcamdavies

Venezuela's regime collapse could flood the world with millions of barrels of cheap oil—driving WTI prices below $50/barrel. For Alberta, that means budget deficits potentially exploding to $15–20 BILLION a year. This conflict affirms the need for Alberta independence. We MUST have competent leadership amid escalating global instability. If you agree please join us: albertarepublicans.com

Oh Canada, what a "banner" year 2025 was! Federal debt soaring higher than a SpaceX rocket. Inflation higher than advertised. MAiD (euthanasia) now Canada's 5th leading cause of death—because who needs hope when you've got "options"? Millions hitting food banks (2.2M visits in March alone) while Ottawa's failed policies drive off investors. Will 2026 be more of the same Liberal lunacy? Alberta Republicans say it's time for independence! The urgency has never been greater! albertarepublicans.com
