The work is being done. On all fronts.
Acceptance of “Alberta in a United Canada” is in rapid decline.
Tolerance for dithering political leaders is crashing.
Alberta is rising.
Sign the petition, and accept NOTHING LESS than a single clear question binding referendum.

Lots of friends in this line from my home town! We will need more events here to allow folks to sign who couldn’t make it tonight.
Alberta Independence!!

Smith has no “plan B”, @ikwilson It’s continuous groveling to Ottawa, strongly worded letters, lawsuits and moving deadlines. That is all the UCP has the stomach for.
They will undoubtedly try and mix in Alberta Next panel questions with a referendum in another attempt to appease the East as well.
Can we have an honest discussion please?
PM Carney confirmed yesterday that there will be no pipeline without First Nations consent. First Nations then confirmed there will be no consent.
So what is the Plan B?
Since the Prime Minister refuses to follow the Constitution—by effectively granting one group a veto over the economic future of the rest of the country—then Alberta is left with no meaningful options inside Confederation.
In my view, Alberta’s only viable path is independence, where Alberta would have real leverage to negotiate free and reciprocal passage of goods and trade with BC, rather than having our economy blocked.

Of course it isn’t treason as such Laurentian zealots like Kenney and Lukaszuk have suggested.
They wouldn’t dare suggest what Quebec did as treasonous.
But they will remind you the disdain they hold for Alberta should you express a desire to leave the failure of Canadian Confederation.
Is it 'treason' for Alberta separatists to maneuver with foreign officials? Ottawa says no nationalpost.com/news/canada…

It’s great to have freedom minded governments in Argentina & El Salvador that may recognize an Independent Alberta after we vote in a singular question binding referendum.
@JeffreyRWRath & Dr. Modri have also been having productive conversations in the US.
This is a team effort despite what the cranky book hawkers and leftist trolls have to say.
Alberta Independence is coming.
After U.S. outreach, Alberta separatists will head to Latin America to rustle up support for their treasonous cause.

Quite the read.
Sam Mraiche appears to have wanted more COVID waves so his company could milk Albertans for more cash.
UCP Premier Smith seems to have had Mraiche with her the night of the election and met on several more occasions than what’s been reported.
The corruption here runs much deeper than anyone realized.
And we havn’t even talked about the little desert safari and Sam’s mansion parties in the Middle East yet have we @ABDanielleSmith

With how often the APP flip flops on what exactly they are trying to achieve it’s difficult to keep up.
“Self governing within Canada” is essentially the status quo. It’s nonsense.
Alberta Independence is the only path forward.
Remaining a province under the thumb of the east is untenable.
APP needs to pick a lane.

Kings Bench just stated that the constitutional referendum initiated by petition does not bind the government to act.
What we have stated all along. The only solution is a political one.
A legislative binding referendum that has to be acted on by the government.

Sorry Jason, the right doesn’t need a messiah. It needs to start being conservative. Not whatever it was you ruled as.
The right is rejecting incrementalism because it fails to stop the onslaught of woke liberal ideologies that don’t rest and don’t accept incrementalism.
Your brand of “conservatives” jailed pastors, ruined livelihoods, didn’t stack the senate, refused meaningful constitutional reforms, allowed the liberals to have free rein on the appointment of activist judges, and opted for the most timid forms of conservative government.
Timid conservatives are why Canada is broken. It’s time for boldness and you sir, are the opposite of bold.
The Laurentian in the Blue Truck had a shot. Now Alberta must seek self-determination, unshackled from the bindings of Ottawa and its neo-colonial views of the West.
