My Grandparents (89 & 90) have dementia. They’re still alive, but it’s progressed to the point where neither recognise us anymore. They spent their last ‘good years’ camped in their house, following guidelines & afraid to interact with people outside. Meanwhile, Boris partied.

MET XC League finally returned yesterday🙌🏻 My first XC outing for @vphthac and 11th place overall, significantly up on the 48th-65th I’ve normally finished in the past. ⚪️🔵 Credit to @HighgateHarrier though for going 2nd through 6th 😅
