Busy morning…
I run several AI teams at once, and I still sign off every action.
Agent Room started as one room, for my exec team. Now it has several: exec, marketing, development.
Each has its own members and its own chat, and there's a switcher in the header to move between them.
Coen, my AI COO, leads all of them. Agents exist once. A room picks the ones it needs, and taking an agent out of one room leaves it in the others.
I don't keep copies in sync. The rooms can work side by side. That still isn't autonomy. Nothing leaves any room until I say yes.
Running in parallel just means marketing work doesn't wait in line behind a code review.
My exec room sees what the others produced through a shared job log and a shared drafts folder. I don't have to visit every room to know what happened.
Wer are about to test a self serve version, but ANDRS can set this up for other organisations' teams should you need some help.
We are about to launch in closed beta, there's a waitlist: andrs.nu/agent-room?src=prom…

Round up your agents in a room, and work as a team. Now you can add your own rooms, or let @ANDRS_Projects set it up.
Available soon: sign up for the waitlist 🔗👇
Get your (Claude) agents in one room and simply add new agents - we’ll set it up for you once, run it forever. Join the wait list
AI agents usually run hidden behind the scenes, in separate tools and scripts. In the Agent Room they work together in the open, and a person approves every action. ANDRS sets up a room for each of your teams.

Latest ANDRS journal is out: about how to prevent knowledge walking out the door when a team member leaves and how AI can help.
In 2019 I wrote about team continuity and how to make sure to keep knowlegde inside your team when someone leaves, today that is much easier. 🔗👇

What I learned from building Cloudfare-uptime, our open source uptime monitoring and statuspage software. Jotted some field notes down on my Substack. 🔗👇

Thanks to the open source community our Cloudflare Uptime Monitor now also got TCP checks for things that don't speak HTTP — raw databases (Postgres, MySQL, Redis), mail servers (SMTP/IMAP), SSH, or custom socket services.

👋 Fable 5 - we had fun while it lasted.
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

The security breaches in the developer supply chain scared the F out of me.
I mean Claude has taken possession of parts of my Macbook and although I tried to keep up some kind of system, I couldn’t remember most of it after 3 months.
So what would happen if The Mini Shai-Hulud campaign would find its way in? Would I even recognize it? Be able to trace back the source? I think we have been so overly enthusiastic about AI, most of us (including me) never thought about attacks like these.
That’s the subject of this weekend’s Inside Tech newsletter that will find its way to your doorstep a week earlier than planned. Just because getting this message out was more important than sticking to my schedule.

1/ 76% of small businesses are already using AI. Only 14% have actually embedded it into how they work.
That gap is the whole story right now. It's not a technology problem. It's an implementation problem — and almost everyone is stuck there.
