Am I allowed to ask WHY some furries are so convinced US makers only sell their suits for 10k+? Who’s telling you guys this, cheaper fursuits aren’t only overseas. In fact id argue it’s a pretty significant MINORITY that charge that high; they’re just all popular

There are makers in this fandom in many countries, making their art and surviving on the craft. There are people NOT in the fandom who have realized they can profit. Nowhere is immune to these types of companies making suits. Research your maker. Support within the fandom.

PREDICTION: 7/10 fursuits will be made in China or another foreign country in 5 years. Economically, US makers cannot compete with the quality, speed, and price of Chinese suits. Chinese makers work in large teams and use fabrication techniques I haven’t seen ever in the US
