The US Airlift to CENTCOM #IranWar‌ OK, I've seen so many ill-informed posts in recent days about the ongoing US airlift operation into CENTCOM, so I'm going to try and address this, partly because I know some folks are just wholly unaware, and partly because I know there are some accounts (e.g. "The Hormuz Letter") who are literally Iran's propaganda mouthpieces on here trying to create a narrative that escalation is imminent and "you can tell because muh C-17s"... Below is a playback video from @flightradar24 filtered to only show US Air Force C-17A, C-5M and C-130J aircraft moving from the US east coast, through Europe and into CENTCOM since 1200Z yesterday (I've chosen this time frame as an example to show the ebb-and-flow of the movements during a 24+ hour period) The movements have been continuous like this for the last 8+ months while Operation EPIC FURY and Project FREEDOM have been going on in the Middle East. Even before both those events, the US military had a substantial presence in the Middle East which required round-the-clock resupply flights like these to operate. Earlier this year I also provided maps showing the airlift routes typically in use at the time (I have attached this again for those that missed it) The data is out there and readily accessible for folks to view... please do not fall for these accounts that try to make claims of "imminent strikes" based on what you can see on public flight tracking sites. TRUST ME when I say that we @MATA_osint have seen how the US can hide it's movements in the lead-up to combat operations when it wants to - if they're not hiding, chances are, they don't have a need to because they're not imminently doing anything!!!
