One of the three U-28As (05-0482 #AE5B73) currently deployed to Manta's Eloy Alfaro Air Base in Ecuador briefly pinged on the ground yesterday.
They are currently deployed to Eloy Alfaro Air Base in support of JTF-WHEM operations, where U-28As have been for the past 10 months.
