My 26 years of being alive has taught me that women are the true up holders of the patriarchal system. There's nothing a woman hates more on this planet than a man who doesn't live up to the values of the patriarchal system. They definitely will deny it but time reveals all.
Therapists don’t work as well if their demographic doesn’t match yours.
There are also complementary demographics for each demographic.
If your therapist isn’t from one of these two camps, they will be rubbish.

When someone told me that the apps have the highest concentration of mentally defunct women, it really helped me understand things.
It’s the women who have problem irl that mostly flock there.
Of course some good women try the apps too
The sad underlying part is that this is a guy who’s probably been taught to ignore his emotions, so he thinks he can convince another person into accepting something logically accurate, at the expense of abandoning their emotions. No one can point out what he said incorrect.

Growing up autistic I’d see so many people breaking rules but I was a rule follower. The few times I’d break even the smallest rule I’d get in so much trouble and I genuinely never understood why it was okay for them to do it but not me? They hate us
