One clip is just one part of the process. Seeing how Tom Tykwer uses Seedance in his work should give us more to go on.
Alex Carter retweeted
Seedance can generate videos, but filmmaking also involves keeping things consistent and making changes along the way. Those details matter just as much as the first result.

Tom Tykwer has started creating with Seedance. It'll be interesting to see how it fits into his filmmaking process.

There's a lot that goes into making a film.
It'll be interesting to see how Seedance fits into the editing process and the other steps along the way.
Alex Carter retweeted
I don't think using Seedance means replacing VFX artists.
There may be parts of filmmaking where it helps, but traditional skills and experience still have their place.

The practical bar is higher than โlooks coolโ: can the result be directed, revised and carried through an edit?
Any time or cost claim needs evidence from a specific case.

Seeing Tom Tykwer work with Seedance makes me interested in how he brings his ideas to life with it, beyond what we see in a demo.
Alex Carter retweeted
I don't think AI and VFX artists need to be on opposite sides. Tools like Seedance might help with some parts of filmmaking, while other parts still rely on artists' skills and experience.

19 year old Japanese student built a trading bot with Claude Code in 2 days.
Used his iPad as a second monitor.
First night: $6,732 profit.
Starting capital: $68.
Total profit so far: $750,000.

Here's how it works๐
The bot scans over 50 markets simultaneously.
Syncs live BTC data from Binance every second.
Spots price errors before humans even notice.
The edge is pure speed + pattern recognition.
While traders stare at charts trying to predict the next move, his bot is already executing on mispricing across dozens of markets.
No guessing.
No emotions.
No hesitation.
Just Claude Code logic finding gaps that close in seconds.
He built the entire system in 48 hours:
โ Claude Code handles the trading logic
โ Binance API feeds real-time BTC data
โ iPad displays multi-market monitoring
โ Executes trades when arbitrage windows open
The system runs 24/7.
Every price dislocation = profit opportunity.
Most people are still trading manually, refreshing charts, second-guessing entries.
Meanwhile this 19 year old engineering student turned $68 into $750K by letting Claude Code do what humans can't: process 50 markets instantly and execute without fear.
Why are people still trading manually?
I'm giving away the exact Claude Code setup for free.
24 hours only.

CapCut Black Friday savings are officially live today: Pro is 60% off and Ultra is 40% off. Available October 20โ30, on CapCut Desktop only.
Bring the fan-blade outfit-change trend into Black Friday marketing with CapCut: one turn reveals the next look. If feedback points to a small visual distraction in an AI-generated shot, the next revision can focus on that area.
With Local Inpainting in CapCut PC, I can target the selected area and review the updated result in context. It gives me a specific place to start when the feedback concerns a particular detail.
Keep developing the campaign draft by checking how each focused revision supports the complete ad.

ANTHROPIC RELEASED CLAUDE SONNET 5.5
A new model built around code, agentic tasks and everyday work
What's new:
> 30%+ faster than Sonnet 5
> up to 30% cheaper per task thanks to lower token usage
> 70.6% on Terminal-Bench 4.0 versus 10.3% for Sonnet 5
> 55.5% on CursorBench 4.0, about 2 points below Opus 5.5
> on GDPval-AA the model nearly matched Opus 5.5
> better at long tasks, images, documents, spreadsheets and presentations
The most notable jump is in coding. Anthropic says Sonnet 5.5 gets through codebases faster, makes fewer tool calls and spends fewer steps completing tasks
API pricing:
> $2 / 1M input tokens
> $10 / 1M output tokens
> $0.20 / 1M cache reads
The model is already available in Claude, the API, AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
API ID: claude-sonnet-5-5
Save this. Youโll definitely need some of these later! ๐

**AI Is Becoming the New King. Who Holds the Crown? ๐**
Every kingdom begins with power.
But who controls that power determines its future.
Today, we're building something that could become more powerful than any ruler in history: Artificial Intelligence.
We provide the data.
We build the infrastructure.
We fund the research.
And slowly, we're giving AI the power to influence how we work, think, create, and make decisions.
But here's the question most people aren't asking:
**What happens when the creation becomes more powerful than its creators?**
Will superintelligence empower humanityโor make humanity dependent on it?
Will it serve the people, or will people be forced to serve the systems they built?
The future of AI shouldn't be decided by intelligence alone.
It must be shaped by accountability, transparency, human values, and responsible innovation.
Because building a powerful AI is one achievement.
**Making sure that power serves humanity is the real challenge.**
We're writing the rules of tomorrow today.
Let's make sure humanity doesn't lose control of the future it's creating.
๐ Who should hold the crown in the age of superintelligence: AI, its creators, or humanity?

๐จ MIT just published the most comprehensive report, proving universities have no remaining reason to exist.
A committee of professors and students spent five months studying what AI is doing to learning on campus. The findings are a warning, not a footnote.
Study groups are disappearing. Office hours are emptying out. Problem sets and take-home exams no longer prove anything, because AI can produce a credible answer to almost any undergraduate assignment.
The report has a name for what's happening to students: "cognitive surrender." Reaching for AI the instant something gets hard, before even trying to think it through.
The numbers back it up:
46% of MIT undergrads use LLMs daily
90% say they're worried about their own overreliance
More students now believe AI makes them replaceable than believe it makes them capable
MIT's answer wasn't more surveillance. No AI detectors, no lockdown browsers. The committee called that path unreliable and said it just breeds distrust.
Instead: oral exams, semester-long portfolios, in-person project work, a required social component in every subject. They're even floating rethinking grades entirely, since without a GPA to game, most of the incentive to cheat disappears.
The most famous tech school on the planet just admitted the machines broke its teaching model.
Its answer was more humans, not more software.
