WOW 🚨 Investigation finds Canadian Nationals who are Green Card holders that go into Washington State ARE BEING REGISTERED TO VOTE - This happens because Canadians go into the Washington state DMV to get licenses - There is NO CITIZENSHIP VERIFICATION - They get automatically registered to vote vote when signing up and renewing their license - They then get mailed ballots The investigation also finds they are voting “Went into DMV and registered because there was no kind of questions on their citizenship, and they naively thought that they could do it, or they just received in the mail a voter registration card. After renewing their driver's license online, and lo and behold, they received in the mail a ballot” Just imagine how widespread this is in Democrat states. All these Democrat states that have automatic voter registration at the DMV without citizenship checks are definitely doing this. I bet their ballot harvesting the ballots too I looked into this and apparently most Democrat states just have a box to check for citizenship followed by no proof of any documentation States that do not require documentary proof of citizenship Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and DC Absolutely INSANE. Our elections are rigged

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Virginia after police showed up at a mother’s home at 2 A.M. and TOWED HER CAR over a SH00TING she had NOTHING to do with... ...because a FLOCK CAM pointed them to the WRONG CAR!!! Now her car is a TOTAL LOSS and she MIGHT LOSE HER JOB!!!! Yes, you read that right, a Flock camera got it wrong, the cops took her car ANYWAY, and she’s the one paying for it. Her name is Rosalyn Crump, she’s a mom raising 3 boys in Richmond VA On July 29th, just before 2 in the morning, Richmond police officers showed up outside her home on Sussex Street. She was ASLEEP, but someone woke her up and told her police were outside and her car was being towed. Police say the Flock system had linked her 2012 Hyundai Elantra to a sh00ting near Gilpin Court and body camera footage shows the officers shining flashlights through her windows. At one point, one of them seemed to doubt they even had the right car. They noticed her KIDS’ CAR SEATS were buckled in the back, but they towed it anyway. Rosalyn came outside and told them flat out: “Y’all got the wrong car.” She told them she’d been at her mom’s house all day, came home at 4, and waited for her kids to get off the bus at 5. Nobody had driven her car. An officer decided her story didn’t match the Flock data and said on camera that she was, “definitely not telling the truth.” Minutes later, Seibert’s Towing hauled her car away. If you think that was insane... well, IT GETS WORSE. About FOUR DAYS later, she finally got a phone call. Her car had been released FOUR HOURS after they took it... because police had already found the person they were actually looking for. NOBODY FROM THE POLICE TOLD HER!!!!! When she went to get her car back, she found it DAMAGED from the tow. The towing company’s VP admitted fault in writing. Then the claim went to insurance, and the company said it could no longer settle with her directly. Her mechanic’s verdict: TOTAL LOSS. Richmond police now admit Flock cameras led them to the wrong vehicle. Meanwhile, Rosalyn has lost wages, can’t get to work on time, and is paying for a RENTAL CAR out of her own pocket just to get her boys where they need to go. She literally did nothing wrong and was home with her kids. THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!

I’m considering a kickstarter as the best way to launch this as a product, but still considering options.

My co-worker friend from Israel is visiting for a few days. Are there any questions I should ask him? I will post the responses. He is not religious, but obviously knows about that stuff.

My coworker's mother passed away last November. She left her modest $190,000 house to him clear and free, no mortgage, completely paid off after thirty years of factory work. He moved into the home in January to finally settle the estate. Two weeks ago, a letter arrived from the state Medicaid estate recovery office. Because his mother spent four months in a rehabilitation facility before she passed, the state quietly slapped a retroactive $114,000 lien against the property title. He called the state health department, frantic, asking how a hospital stay could bankrupt an inherited home that had no mortgage balance. The caseworker sighed and told him: "Federal law requires state programs to claw back healthcare costs from deceased estates. The house cannot be sold or transferred until the balance is cleared in full." He offered to pay a monthly settlement. They said no. The full $114,000 is due in 60 days, or they foreclose on the property at a public auction. A lifetime of working-class savings, wiped out overnight by a retroactive healthcare lien. You don't own generational wealth. You're just holding a property title until the state finds a legal mechanism to repossess it the moment you die.

Pro Tip: When someome asks you to do something that's not really your job, but a level up. Do it. If it's a level down recommend someone else. If no one else can do it, or you are the only person who can do it; that adds major value to your job/career/pay if you leverage it.

This guy is not wrong about the failure of efficiency with modern coding. I can do system updates around my code, and my code will stay stable. Why? Dynamic functions and data validation. I was working with thr API team in menlo park (you know who) , none would RTFM, and I constantly had to tell them to implement rate controls. They never did, it would break all the time, then they clowns ask me to troubleshoot. MORON you piped 2000 API calls in one second to my already stressed application.
Independent mobile developer. Got approached by some boomers to fix an app made in India. The Indians took the money, delivered total crap then were long gone. The worst code ever. Complete lack of understanding of how programming works. Not even the basics. They didn't understand functions, every was hardcoded, insane work. These boomers promised me that I would do their next generation of apps if I fixed this one app for them. Unfixable crap. I did the best I could but we were starting from way too far. Still, the fixes were implemented and I almost gave up so bad everything was. Think 1000s of lines of hardcoded crap doing the same thing over and over again. Once I delivered, the boomers did a 180 on me and decided to "go with another shop" for the next generation of apps. Fast forward 6 months, I get a message from the boomers asking me to "connect with their team in India" because they need to understand a back-end part I did from scratch for them to be able to deal with the features they were asking back then. I told them to fuck off. This is why nobody gets a job anymore. They went back to outsourcing their app in India again to save a buck and asked the white guy to come save the day again.

People don't understand efficiency. I was working on our HR data pull, and I am looking at the SQL query... Anyways, we need to convert UTC to Local, and they are convertingfg it ONE ROW AT A TIME during the query! I changed it to convert the column first, THEN query.

The officers were seriously injured, went to hospital and were released... Jesus must have laid hands on them or something.
A self-driving Tesla crashed into a California highway patrol vehicle, seriously injuring two officers inside. According to the officers, the driver said he was asleep at the time and using the car’s driver-assistance technology.

Got a new VP... VP sends e-mail to team asking to transition to Planner. I tell him I've never used it but I will learn. Crash course and 1 day later I dump all my data into Planner.. Ask him to check it out.. He's blown away, says at his previous place it took 6-12montha to get done. He wants to setup a one on one. I'm eyeballing a Director level position in charge of a new function. Wish me luck!!

STEVE HILTON IS A DEMOCRAT! California is hilarious. Good luck you goys.
This right here is something we need to see more of in California! 🇺🇸 Democrats for Hilton. You don’t have to be a Republican to be frustrated with the direction California is heading. And you don’t have to agree with Steve Hilton on every issue to take a serious look at what he’s proposing. The cost of living, housing, fuel, electricity, water, public safety, and the future of our children aren’t just Republican or Democrat issues. They’re California issues. I’ve always believed we have more in common than the political parties would have us believe. We can disagree about politics and still sit down at the same table, have a conversation, and work toward solutions. That’s what California needs more of. I’m glad to see people willing to look beyond party labels, ask questions, and make their own decisions. California belongs to all of us, regardless of the letter next to our voter registration. And that’s something worth remembering as November 3 approaches.

LoL Elections are unsecure, and being rigged. Please use this rigged system to ensure the system isn't rigged. California logic for you right there. The sooner Californians realize their vote doesn't matter, the sooner it can be fixed.
MORE MAIL-IN BALLOT PROBLEMS IN CALIFORNIA! Five wet ballots were reportedly found on top of a vehicle in Chula Vista this morning. California allows voters who cannot sign to mark an X with a witness. No one verifies the witness signature. Mailing 23 MILLION ballots every election is like sending out blank checks. Vote YES on Prop 39, vote YES on voter ID.

People aren't using Ai correctly. You treat it as a one time cash bonus, not like a new stream of income. Use it to create your workflows, and let your workflows stand on their own. I have ZERO dependencies on anything I don't control. If Ai implodes, I am unscathed.
New: Accenture has told employees it will only fund $29 per month of Claude use. Meaning that employees who often spend as much as $1,000 a month are now scrambling to find ways to keep access to the tool. A sign of the continuing crack down of AI 404media.co/accenture-tells-…

Holy SHIT what a hell hole this country become. In a proper society if homeboy was released in public, justice would still be handled appropriately.
Our justice system needs a complete overhaul. These lenient judges need to be disbarred and jailed for what they've allowed to happen in this country.

1/3 Of people making over $500k a year are commiting fraud and know to spend the money immediately.
More than a third (36.6%) of respondents with household incomes above $500,000 say they primarily live paycheck to paycheck, according to Goldman Sachs. Sort of crazy to think about if that is accurate. Lack of discipline to expand your lifestyle to that level?
