Justice must be transparent. The Constitution must remain supreme.

So they committed adultery in a deserted room located on the stairs between gates 85 and 87 of the Masjid al-Haram.
Nazrul Islam had instructed one of his Indian friends to stand guard below. That friend recorded a video of the incident. Later, when he expressed his own desire to commit adultery with the girl but was unable to do so, or when neither of them consented, he made the video public.
After that, the incident came into the public eye. Saudi authorities succeeded in arresting all three individuals. The Indian youth was sentenced to 20 years in prison and is currently in jail. The other two individuals were also kept in prison.

What if they were white people / European / Britishers or American citizens? Saudi would give the same punishment?
For the last few days, this news has been viral about the execution of two Bangladeshi citizens, Nazrul Islam and Sweety Akter, were by the Saudi government for immoral acts in the premises of Holy Masjid. After their sinful act, they both have been in jail since 2023.
Are Saudi governments passing the same judgement if they were Britishers or American citizens?
According to relatives, the Saudi government executed Nazrul Islam and Sweety Akter last Wednesday after they had spent three years and three months in prison.
But why the death sentence? The same Saudi government celebrates Halloween, a devil festival, and music concerts, allowing Garba too.
What Islamic law says about all those activities that are not in Haram Shareef, and what are the punishments that are inside the Haram Shareef? Is this execution according to the laws of Islamic Jurisprudence ?
And at the same time Saudi Cancelled the death sentance of Sri Lanka in case of Blasephamy.
It means it's Carelessness by Bangladeshi regimes to appeal Saudi Government or it's clear case of discrimination.
