Texas A&M football coach Mike Elko said on his SEC Teleconference call that Marcel Reed is still the starting QB for the Aggies despite considering putting in Brady Hart vs. Alabama. He was asked why Reed is still the starter: “We’re going to do what we believe is the right thing to do for us to win on Saturdays.”

You have nothing to lose by starting Hart. -Elko has put himself in a dilemma that if Hart sucks, the onus is on him for coming into the season with such a horrible offense in general -if Hart is better than Marcel or dare I say “good”, we wasted a season with the wrong guy to satisfy ego? Donor money politics? It’s baffling. Bad spot to be in BROKEN SYSTEM AND CULTURE -how do you snap the ball on a play where you didn’t call an actual play? Either sabotage or one of the dumbest plays of all time. -how can you fix this? Basically start from scratch next year and ride out this extension. We just need to be put in timeout. We don’t deserve a good football team, we are cursed, whatever it is. It might be time to just sit in our dirty diaper for a while.
