ESPN's Adam Schefter just confirmed that the Colts are in fact asking for a 3rd round pick in exchange for Josh Downs in a trade.
If PIT wants to get this deal done quickly, they'll likely have to meet that pricetag, but if they want to be patient, they may be able to get Downs for a little bit less when we get closer to the deadline in just under 2 weeks from now.
