Texas is putting American workers first.
Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller just announced that businesses employing H-1B visa holders will no longer qualify for certain taxpayer-funded grants from the Texas Department of Agriculture.
The rule is straightforward: if you want Texas tax dollars, hire Texans. Miller made it clear that public money should create opportunities for American workers, not subsidize companies that choose temporary foreign labor while qualified Americans are available.
This helps Americans by keeping taxpayer-funded support focused on local jobs instead of rewarding employers who bypass the domestic workforce.
It also pressures other state officials, including Gov. Greg Abbott, to apply the same standard across more agencies.
Businesses can still hire H-1B workers under federal rules. They just won’t get Texas grants while doing it. That’s a clear message: put American workers first.

ICE announced yesterday that Acting Director Todd Lyons said they’ve identified over ten thousand foreign students on OPT who claim to work for highly suspect employers, just among the top twenty-five employers in the program.
They did site visits and found empty buildings, locked doors, phantom employees, and companies supposedly “managed” from India instead of the U.S. Lyons called OPT a “magnet for fraud” and said this is only the tip of the iceberg. No arrests announced yet, but investigations are ongoing.
So far, no arrests have been announced for the students. ICE is still investigating.
If they prove a student knowingly used fake employment to maintain status, they’ll likely terminate their SEVIS record, end their legal status, and start deportation proceedings. That can also trigger three- or ten-year reentry bans, and it kills any chance of getting an H-1B or green card later. Criminal charges are possible too if it rises to visa fraud.
Right now they’re focusing on the fake employers, students who got tricked could potentially fight it, but proving they didn’t know will be tough.

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

Spanberger’s “Diversity Celebration” May Be the Most Tone-Deaf Photo Op of the Year
Virginia’s Democrat governor ran as a moderate. She’s governing like AOC on steroids.
She posted a photo celebrating her “most diverse cabinet ever” a staged shot of mostly Black officials at the Black History Museum, while Virginians are being murdered by illegal aliens her policies protect.
She rescinded 287(g) agreements with ICE on day one, turning Virginia into a de facto sanctuary state. When ICE asks her not to release criminal illegal aliens charged with murder and stabbing sprees, she stonewalls. Residents continue to pay the price.
She signed an assault weapons ban targeting the Second Amendment. She told voters she opposed gerrymandering, then immediately backed a partisan redistricting power grab once in office.
This is the classic Democrat playbook: smile and promise moderation to get elected, then flip the moment the votes are counted.
Don’t fall for the “reasonable Democrat” act. Watch what they do after they win.
