How can educated people act so uneducated? A doctor (client) said "Not afraid of law but my Hindu dharma doesn't allow me second marriage." When did that happen? Hindu dharma didn't allow divorce. There's no fix number of marriages for a man. Its not dharma, its the law that bars second marriage.

I don't think democracy in India has failed. Its just that bad people know how to make use of it and good people barely survive with life.
