President Tinubu has signed the Electoral Act 2026, and it removes certificate forgery as a ground for challenging election results at tribunals. Politicians can no longer be disqualified over fake credentials. But for hardworking Nigerians, submitting a fake certificate means job loss, blacklisting, and prosecution. For the political class, the rules are different. A double standard has been written into law, and the 2027 elections will be contested under this new reality.

This is what they want to make us believe; that we have no say... But when they wanted to grab power in 2015; they mobilised the masses.
I will say it again; if they like, let them invite Trump to rig the elections for Tinubu; if Nigerians unite and resist them; they won't be successful.
They know how powerful the masses are that's why they invest a lot of money to keep them divided and controlled.
Nigerians; be prepared because 2027 elections will be Nigerians vs the Nigerian oppressors; let's see who wins.

We took on an ambitious task: bringing together thousands of people to review INEC’s preliminary voters' register, polling unit by polling unit. I can now confirm that our data gathering is 100% complete.
Our first finding is about polling units.
INEC’s preliminary register display lists 177,299 polling units instead of 176,846.
This means INEC has created an additional 453 polling units.

Five years after the Pandora Papers exposed alleged undeclared offshore interests linked to Nigerian public officials, the Code of Conduct Bureau says investigations involving seven individuals have commenced.
Those assigned to case officers include former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi, former Senate Presidents Bukola Saraki and David Mark, former Aviation Minister Stella Oduah, and three other individuals.
The investigations follow years of questions about the status of cases arising from PREMIUM TIMES’ reporting on the Panama Papers and Pandora Papers.

- For the first time in history, over 100 Democratic women will serve in the U.S. House.
- At least 16 Democratic women will serve in the Senate.
- At least 14 Democratic women will serve as governors, a record high.
- A record of 2,600 Democratic women running for seats in state legislatures helped flip 12 majorities and break 11 supermajorities.
- Four states elected their first woman governor: Georgia, Minnesota, Ohio, and Tennessee.
- @KeishaBottoms will be the first Black woman to serve as a governor.
- @DebHaalandNM will be the first Native American woman to serve as a governor.
- @GinaHinojosaTX will be the first Latina to serve as governor of Texas.
