Danielle Reiff appears repeatedly throughout the “democracy files” exposed by @DataRepublican, @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan .
She’s a former State Department diplomat and RAD co-coordinator involved in emergency scenario planning, tabletop exercises and discussions about governors, a “Third Continental Congress” and alternative leadership during a federal legitimacy crisis.
The more I watch this September 8 meeting, the less it feels like a normal panel discussion and the more it feels like a sales pitch.
The organizers made Reiff a co-host, gave her a dedicated presentation slot and said they were “front-loading” the meeting around Washington Secretary of State Steve Hobbs’s scheduled arrival.
They then introduced her as a “key leader” in Renew to Thrive and told Hobbs she was about to present “real thought work” taking place across the country.
Reiff starts by establishing her credentials and explaining the RAD strategy.
She then walks everyone through three “democratic emergency” scenarios: an election meltdown, an Insurrection Act deployment and elected members of Congress being denied their seats.
Then she gets to the proposed response.
If the federal government became “literally illegitimate,” Reiff said they were discussing “provisional or transitional leadership.”
She floated a “cross-partisan group of governors” temporarily keeping the country running, possibly with former Presidents Bush and Obama helping lead the response.
Hobbs listened to the entire presentation.
When she finished, he told her, “Danielle, that was great. I’d love to maybe talk to you over a beer,” and said he had held similar conversations with members of the German parliament and the Japanese government.
Later, Hobbs called the federal government “kind of” an enemy of his office, offered his civic-engagement team to the organizations on the call and agreed to continued coordination.
His Civic Engagement Program manager described the office as a “nexus” for outside organizations and said they had “the seal of the secretary” behind them.
Faith leaders also presented their clergy rapid-response network, which they said was aligned with people’s organizations and labor leaders to “protect the election and protect election results.”
To be clear, Hobbs never openly endorsed the transitional-leadership proposal.
But the sequence matters.
Reiff presented the threat, introduced RAD’s framework, offered a proposed response and left with new relationships and continued access to a sitting Secretary of State’s official team.
I cut the more than two-hour recording down to eight minutes so everyone can watch the most important parts for themselves and hear the statements in context.
It looks a lot less like an academic conversation and a lot more like an effort to get public officials and outside organizations aligned with the plan.

It’s harmful to have a campus culture—as many universities do—where students may threaten violence against political opponents.
It’s even worse when such behavior is tolerated only for one side of the political spectrum.

In any other time, if this material had been investigated & exposed by mainstream media it would be non-stop news. There would be a cacophony drowning out all other news. You would struggle to find anyone who did not recognize sedition is a real threat. In addition to planning to overthrow a legitimate govt, what is revealed here is the Democrats co-opting the so-called Independents in order to destroy the Republicans. Conservatives should take note. Your ability to have any say or influence or power is under assault from yet another front.
🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 11: NOT-SO-INDEPENDENT SENATE CAMPAIGNS OF DAN OSBORN (NE) AND BRIAN BENGS (SD) 🚨
Two Senate candidates running as independents have ties to Renew American Democracy, the project ran by ex-USAID workers to restructure American governance. And one of them admits on video they've been "coordinating."
According to the polls, "independent" Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska.
Emerson has South Dakota "independent" Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds.
The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms.
Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan:
"We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker."
Bengs said echoed that on a September 2026 Renew to Thrive call:
"We don't need to get 50 or 51 to change things. We just need a handful."
In their words, this handful is to do "arm-twisting" to get the structural reforms they want.
➡️ Paul Zeitz's May 2026 Concept Note: open primaries, ranked-choice voting, and "independent" redistricting.
➡️ RAD's Constitution Emergency Response draft: an Article V convention with amendments on "campaign finance and voting rights restoration, healthcare, education, and economic security, and ecological rights and climate accountability."
The draft calls that the MODERATE strategy.
And the political objective extends beyond reforming elections.
In 2023, Walt Roberts told the man who now runs the Independent National Convention that stopping the MAGA GOP was "job one."
As for ending the two-party duopoly?
"That's very secondary right now."
Put those statements together.
A plan to deny both parties a majority. Candidates running as independents. A small voting bloc positioned to extract concessions. A documented list of proposed constitutional and electoral changes. And a stated priority of stopping the MAGA GOP.
The question for Nebraska and South Dakota voters is whether they know what these candidates' political allies have been planning... and whether Osborn and Bengs share those objectives.

She sat in the corner. Not because she was quiet. Because the room had already decided she wasn’t part of the conversation.
For years she watched meetings happen around her. Her partner typed. She typed back. Nobody looked—until the CEO finally asked what she was saying. First time in forty years.
She is deaf. She has been since she was two. She does not speak. Fifteen years inside the biggest tech companies, building systems while decisions moved past her.
Then she mapped the money. During the LA fires she followed a donation link. Forty percent never reached the people who had lost their homes. Once she saw it, she could not unsee it.
The data had always been public. Almost no one had looked. She built the tools. They published her name. She confirmed it herself and kept going.
What she found was a system with almost no accountability to the people whose money it spends. She had spent years in rooms where her voice was ignored. Now the filings were speaking.
That is the story. A woman who sat silent for years, who finally looked at what was already written down, and who decided the rest of us should see it too.

Rant: Got last minute travel today, so won't be doing a Democracy Files drop today.
But saw that the person at the center of the files posted about "unimaginable horrors."
Let me tell you why I got interested in "democracy" in the first place.
I've told this story many times, but here again: I was DOGE adjacent from the very beginning. I was recruited by several DOGE teams in January 2025, because I was excited about the opportunity to finally cut spending and taming the national debt.
Bu then - Tesla Takedown protests happened. People got so worked up that they were firebombing innocent Tesla owners. A viral website with a Molotov cocktail cursor prominently featured my husband's address. I was doxxed in the middle of that, and forced to flee the state and homeschool my children.
That's when I started researching and writing UNELECTED. I quickly found the groups organizing and funding the civil unrest were all about "democracy." It made no sense to me. DOGE wasn't overturning elections. They were cutting obviously silly awards - given our national deficit, who would object to that?
Silly me!
Turns out "democracy" means diffused rule by unelected people, and all that USAID money going to marginalized groups to build a "civil society" is the foundation of that. So the immune system of "civil unrest" can be activated anytime, and terrorize anyone who dares to step out of line. Such as DOGE employees. Such as me and my family.
That research trail led me all the way to DemAID (now DRG), a group of ex-USAID officers. Led by you and Ro Tucci. @iamlisalogan and @SKDoubleDub33 found DemAID on video taking credit for these protests.
But this isn't about me. This is about the United States. And about the dozens of countries wrecked by color revolutions. You aren't solving polarization. You are the source of polarization, because in the process of building "civil society," you are displacing people's inborn allegiances and training them up to attack the very foundations a nation are founded upon.
Nor is this about revenge or anger. I'm calling on everyone to pray that no more damage is done, and that we can find a path forward that preserves our Constitutional Republic.

Utah, we need to talk. More than $3.45 M has poured into the campaign opposing Amendment B—and at least $2.19 M, nearly 64%, came from organizations headquartered OUTSIDE Utah.
So when you hear “Utahns Protecting Our Constitution,” ask yourself: Why is the majority of this campaign funded from OUTSIDE Utah?
Y’all, Utah families will be the ones living with the consequences of the higher taxes from these initiatives. Protect Utah families and taxpayers.
Vote YES on B!

I hate to be this cynical, but I’ll be honest…running for Mayor exposes you to things that make you believe the city is actually being overtaken by demonic energy. Drive south Fig at night. Go to 6th and San Pedro. You see children openly prostituting, drug zombies setting dogs and cats on fire, babies born to crackheads and tossed in a dumpster, dead people just lying in the streets…that’s not even to mention the dozen neighbors of ours who burned alive in what is now a crumbled hellscape.
Many times I wondered if the city’s problems weren’t beyond the reach of any politician’s capacity to actually fix. There is a cultural and spiritual rot that can’t be fixed at the ballot box. Until we fix the culture, we are kinda just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and the shit we shovel around every 4 years doesn’t really mean a thing.
I am not kidding about the demons in LA btw.
My best friend works at McDonald’s and some dude tried getting her to be his sugar baby while she was handing him his order in the drive thru.
My other friend was on a film set and one of the actors tried getting him to be in her p0rno outta nowhere while he was helping her down a hill.
And I was acting in a film where I learned one of the stuntmen was invited to this house and they were trying to get him into a cult while doing a bunch of demonic rituals.
Bunch of unclothed men in bed. No clothes at all. He immediately left.
Not to mention I’ve been followed and attacked by drug addicts. I know people who were almost killed.
DONT COME TO LA. DONT DO IT.

I showed someone CVRE's market cap last week.
Then I showed him what it's connected to.
Then I watched his face do something interesting.
He didn't say anything for about ten seconds and then asked me how to buy it.
This is the best time to own CVRE!

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 10: THE ROLE OF FOREIGN STATES🚨
(First post deleted for typo)
How is an old government declared illegitimate and a new government declared the true successor?
Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance:
• Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings.
• Media narratives are pre-seeded.
• Foreign officials provide cover.
The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula "won" the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations.
The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that "this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it."
In these files, we see the various NGOs strategize on how to reach out to governments in advance and prepare them for what is coming. We also revisit how USAID OTI, the regime change arm of USAID, allegedly re-organized themselves inside the country.
We record one meeting taking place between Horizons Project and Catalonia officials. That we were able to document a meeting at all is unusual, because I'm told that these meetings are generally arranged at the highest levels and kept off the record (think Jake Sullivan, Norm Eisen level).
