wow!
Sometimes Laura Loomer did a retweet for only $500.
For my ego, I hope no evidence emerges that she ever tweeted against me for less than $4000 per tweet...
I personally paid @LauraLoomer to post tweets earlier this year. A good amount of cash too. I will gladly share screenshots, receipts, texts, and the names of other people who paid her. It was always very intresting to hear from her who she was willing to be paid to trash and who was off limits. @alexbruesewitz @washingtonpost @thedailybeast @Jerusalem_Post

Persian saying:
“Khoob kon va be daryâ bendâz” (خوب کن و به دریا بینداز): “Do good, and throw [the good deed] it into the sea.”
Meaning do good deeds but don’t expect anything in return. Do it because being good should be mankind’s natural state of affairs.

Why is it so important that you make a stand against ugly art?
Because ugly art seeks to subvert your very perception of beauty, and your ability to recognize beauty is inseparable from your capacity to recognize the divine.
(It's no coincidence that in the "art" shown below, you'll find a disturbing, twisted corruption of a crucifix).
C.S. Lewis demonstrates how ugly art corrupts a person in his book "That Hideous Strength." As part of his conditioning to remove his emotional responses by the sinister organization "N.I.C.E," protagonist Mark Studdock is forced to get used to a windowless room filled with nonsensical architecture and ugly art.
On the walls are grotesque, creepy images: a hyper-real portrait of a young woman whose mouth is stuffed with hair; a giant mantis playing a fiddle while being eaten by another mantis; and a vile distortion of the Last Supper, with beetles crawling beneath the table.
The ugly art is intended to kill his basic human reactions and erode his ability to make value judgments: to recognize good from bad, virtue from vice, or beautiful from ugly. Spend too much time surrounded by ugliness, and it has a dulling effect on this especially human part of you — eventually, it erodes your ability to properly recognize anything of value.
Mark ultimately turns against N.I.C.E when he refuses to trample on a crucifix. Not because he's a Christian (he isn't yet), but because it is inherently ugly and evil nonetheless.
The beauty we include in our lives is not neutral, nor is it trivial. Resist ugly art and call it out for what it is.

For centuries, both ancient Greek logicians and medieval Muslim theologians split language into two distinct categories: Literal and Metaphorical.
If you said "the lion entered the room" to describe a brave warrior, they claimed you were using a "metaphor" because the literal definition of a lion is a four-legged animal.
In Kitab al-Iman and Majmu' al-Fatawa, Ibn Taymiyyah completely revolutionized linguistics by declaring that the abstract split between literal and metaphorical language is a complete myth.
He argued that words do not have a fixed, isolated "literal" definition in a vacuum.
Instead, meaning is strictly defined by immediate context and communal usage.
If a community uses the word "lion" to mean a warrior, that is its true meaning in that context.
In Western academia, it wasn't until the 20th century that the famous philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein shook the world with his theory of "Language Games", arguing that meaning is defined entirely by its use in context.
Ibn Taymiyyah developed this advanced, usage-based semantic framework 600 years prior.
